In this episode, we have an audience who's working in New Zealand and trying to invest in Malaysia properties.
The first lesson is to address the 'experts' we have around us that constantly tells us what's hot or what's not. Is it a good time for gold?? The best investment is the one we are most familiar with. Always choose to make informed decision, then take full accountability of the results.
The next question revolves around his next project where it's obvious that the rent cannot cover installment. My suggestion is then to move on to the next project. Explore the other modes of purchase available for the best deal for our money, instead of just being romantic to one.

yes, i agree that Malaysia's property (depend on place, definitely except Sabah) is of good value, not all of course, but there are alot. if compare to some other countries. here for example, house price is at least in the millions (condos), rentals (condo) mostly - RM30k a month, wooden house - RM700k +.. this is a third world country mind u

Resonating a lot with your saying of it wouldn't make sense to listen to the person who do not have the result that we want.

Makes sense right? Why should we alter our behaviour based on people’s expectations??
      Thanks for watching Wilson;)

To whoever that sent this question, if you're referring to Ne*** residence, please avoid at all cost. Can check back news last year, developer literally caused houses to collapse during construction of the condo because they didnt bother to do soil test. Project got halted for some time after that. Do your due diligence and understand why the previous person decided to cancel the spa

Why not try to get NZ citizenship and invest on subsale apartments in melbourne city! Can get apartment for less than 300k near uni and the rental return deducting all outgoings is 8% per annum.. ofc the interest rate is higher but the rental demand is crazy
