One of the vest ways to strengthen our godly selves is through discipline......a systematized, disciplined and methodical exercising of our spirit....just like an athlete would force themselves to train a certain amount of time per day, so to must we do the same....by the raising of our spirit to higher vibrational frequency ,we become more attuned to hear the lord...(as he is the highest frequency of all) .....as this is achieved in our lives, the lesser vibrations of the world, the flesh, sensual and bodily ideas have less efect upon us, and we have greater affect uopn them.....until just as peters shadow passed by ill people were healed....now the question is..how do we do it..? First speak in tongues 15mins perday morning and night...at the end of a week...increase it by 15mins....at the end of another week increase it by another 15mins....at the end of the 3rd week increase it by another 15mins....thereby achieving 1hour morning and night... Secondly meditate on the word..while saying the chosen scripture...and choose.(just one posetive scripture or a godly word (eg king of glory)....and do this according to time, ....set your alarm clock for 15mins do this everyday until you feel the words meditated on....once u achieve this 15mins increase it to 20mins and then to 30mins....and if you can do it morning and night.... Thirdly......normal prayer and repentance of anything ungodly in our past.....and keep going on with this till every thing that hinders spiritual progress in the lord is removed....(of course the above doesn't mean u neglect your eife or kids etc) Just the above..mentioned is close to 4hrs per day.... Be ye perfect even as your father in heaven is perfect.....we are to push ourselves....ever onwards in degrees of greater glory in the Lord....hope to see all either in the church in the wilderness or in the manchild.....bless you
