The actual title of the book is 'Men who Hate Women" which I asume a publist thought would impact sales in English speaking countries. The Sweedish film did make the tattoo SUPER prevelent because I think they really wanted English viewers to see the Sweedish film, and better one, not the American version when it would be made.
The book title, for me, was masterfully translated to Portuguese as “The men that doesn’t love women”. Such a powerful choice of words and foreshadow of the plot

Alysha’s Howl looks like if he was about 30 and a villain, I love it! Film Howl is more like a softened/simplified version of book Howl to fit the Ghibli style. I mean that in terms of both his appearance (his face isn’t angular in the film) and his personality (in the film Howl is introduced as Sophie’s saviour, while in the book Howl is the one who makes Sophie feel uncomfortable at the beginning). I think both the film and the book are really enjoyable and amazing in their own ways, though. Great video btw, it’s a fun take on the ‘book accurate character redraw’ format
He is about 30 in the book though. He's 10,000 days and nights old by the end of it. Which would make him about 27.4 years old. And it's approximately 3 months from the moment Sophie starts living in Howl's castle to the end of the book.

Clipstudio EX has a great annual plan if you don't want to go photoshop, and having used them both, it is comparable. I personally prefer ClipStudio to Photoshop myself, but that is just me.
Krita is an awesome drawing app and it's completely free! If she doesn't have a drawing tablet already I think it's better to save up for that and use a free program (eventually when she improves more and feels like she needs more options she can change to a paid program but Krita is just 👌👌 She can also animate on it!) I use a waccom tablet and I'm very happy with it Edit: I just checked and the brushes are compatible with Krita!

I just want to say that these videos are SO INTERESTING to me as a writer, because it really shows how even the smallest details in how we describe a character can really influence how people see them. The way Howl was described gave you both slight villain vibes, and honestly, that's completely accurate to the book, Sophie is kinda constantly waffling over whether he's truly despicable or only somewhat intolerable. I really like the vibe of more than one artist sharing art and comparing notes. I particularly like when Jazza asks Alicia to elaborate on interesting techniques. It's getting back to the tutorial vibe the main channel used to have. I also like that each artist has different yet equally strong styles. This is a great start for the new channel!
Set idea: section off the background and have each new artist design part of it so it grows with the channel and if someone leaves the history of them is still there and new viewers might go back and watch their old videos because of the art style.

So a flower pot that erupts into a fountain of paint (model, obvs). A table with a top made of crayons under resin. That sort of thing. For bonus Jazza-verse collabs, Tabletop Time could make the props as a video
I think your wall decoration should be an epic digital art. You can make videos designing the wall (in a digital way). After you complete your designs, you could print it as a wallpaper to decorate your wall.
SET IDEA: Have a bunch of artists customize a *frame.* Get one big frame as the centerpiece, maybe paint it gold, and then put a big [INSERT ART] logo in the center. Then hang all the artists' frames around the big frame. Maybe at the end of an episode, you could digitally (or physically) add the art to the empty frames, bringing the concept of "insert art" to life.
SET IDEA: A large digital screen or projector that can change the backdrop with each artist, maybe that highlights that artists work, this could actually help promote 'New Artists' and their differing styles and if you have multiple artists at the same time all the different styles can be shown together.

As much as I enjoy and often amazed with Digital art, I can't truly relate. I'm hoping Insert Art will cover all genre of art, include painting, maybe resin, etc. ,i.e. things anyone can try. I love this new channel and Ayshia is outstanding.

Just wanted to thank you for getting me interested in digital art. I am in dabble mode right now. Thanks to you and @ArtWithFlo, who I found out about through your other channel, I have been able to get started in a super affordable way via the $5 Procreate Pocket app and a $10 stylus. It’s a good enough system to play with to get my first taste of digital painting without an intimidating startup cost or having to deal with learning about hardware as well. Digital art was a someday/maybe thing for me until just this week. Finding an easy, affordable gateway made it a NOW thing for me, and I couldn’t be more grateful to both of you. ❤️ I did treat myself to your brush pack and some of Flo’s after messing around with the ones in Pocket, and have been having a wonderful time just messing around with textures, colors and learning some basic tools. I can’t draw (yet), but this is the most fun I’ve ever had with art. I’m 53, so if I can get over my intimidation and just play a little, anyone can.
Jazza, Alysha, and everyone else involved with these channels, you all rock! I’ve found much comfort and inspiration in watching. :) As an American, the flag having twice the number of stripes it’s meant to in the Forrest Gump drawing gave me a chuckle. (That’s not a criticism - Lord knows I’d get the Australian flag wrong if someone told me to draw it from memory, haha!)I love both of your styles, and I’m consistently impressed with Alysha’s amazing coloring skills!
Series idea for the channel: have visits/interviews with aritists from different art professions, in person or via video chat. For example -- and, yes, humble brag ahead -- my father's been illustrating comics since the 70s; and he draws in the old-school style using only traditional mediums, most often ink with a dip-pen. Another example: concept artists from TV, movies and/or videogames. Looking forward to seeing how the channel grows!

It would be so cool if subscribers of this channel could also take part, for example, a subscriber following along with a tutorial from this channel and showing what they have learned from the talents on here. Another thing I would like to see is different digital art programmes used, I feel like every digital are tutorial on RUclips is done on Photoshop or procreate, which are not accessible to everyone. I like seeing each artists take on the same prompt. So I'd be up for more videos like this. Cool to see how different the results look in each artists style. Though I wouldn't mind seeing some more detailed stuff. So if you spent more time on each piece of art. Or even one of those 1 hour/10 hour/100 hour type of things. Where you draw something in 1 hour. Then draw it again but spend 10 hours doing it, the finally 100 hours for a really detailed picture.

you should create a mural behind you where each guest adds to the mural.
Set Idea: cover the wall in clay/etc. and make a scene / bunch of characters, maybe depictions of the crew as it grows
This one was pretty nice. I like the way Alysha always smiles. My only suggestion for the set is less visible wires.

As much as I enjoy and often amazed with Digital art, I can't truly relate. I'm hoping Insert Art will cover all genre of art, include painting, maybe resin, etc. ,i.e. things anyone can try. I love this new channel and Ayshia is outstanding.

Been enjoying the brushes. Nice video. Also, I've been noticing Alysha has a taste for rock/metal music. It's her T shirts. It first caught my eye when she had a Parkway Drive sweater. Good choice.
Just wanted to thank you for getting me interested in digital art. I am in dabble mode right now.
Thanks to you and @ArtWithFlo, who I found out about through your other channel, I have been able to get started in a super affordable way via the $5 Procreate Pocket app and a $10 stylus. It’s a good enough system to play with to get my first taste of digital painting without an intimidating startup cost or having to deal with learning about hardware as well. Digital art was a someday/maybe thing for me until just this week. Finding an easy, affordable gateway made it a NOW thing for me, and I couldn’t be more grateful to both of you. ❤️
I did treat myself to your brush pack and some of Flo’s after messing around with the ones in Pocket, and have been having a wonderful time just messing around with textures, colors and learning some basic tools. I can’t draw (yet), but this is the most fun I’ve ever had with art.
I’m 53, so if I can get over my intimidation and just play a little, anyone can.

I’ve found much comfort and inspiration in watching. :) As an American, the flag having twice the number of stripes it’s meant to in the Forrest Gump drawing gave me a chuckle. (That’s not a criticism - Lord knows I’d get the Australian flag wrong if someone told me to draw it from memory, haha!)I love both of your styles, and I’m consistently impressed with Alysha’s amazing coloring skills!
Series idea for the channel: have visits/interviews with aritists from different art professions, in person or via video chat. For example -- and, yes, humble brag ahead -- my father's been illustrating comics since the 70s; and he draws in the old-school style using only traditional mediums, most often ink with a dip-pen. Another example: concept artists from TV, movies and/or videogames.
Looking forward to seeing how the channel grows!

Set idea: have each artist design a part on the wall using their own style, having it made into a scene using everyone's own style within portions of the piece.
SET IDEA: since the channel is a mix of many cool artist it could be a mix of a mural and shelfs that have cool art and other things that inspire each of them, but made into one set.
Set ideas; the mural could have a self portrait made by each team member _but_ in a totally different style than they usually do. Or portraits but you paint each others? Idk. But I love this new channel 💚
Alysha just has an amazing style and she works so well.
Set Idea: a mural on the back wall showing the history of art. Start with something like cave painting, move to like ancient tomb art and end with someone with a tablet drawing on it.(there is a lot in between the last two, lol.)
It would be so cool if subscribers of this channel could also take part, for example, a subscriber following along with a tutorial from this channel and showing what they have learned from the talents on here.
Another thing I would like to see is different digital art programmes used, I feel like every digital are tutorial on RUclips is done on Photoshop or procreate, which are not accessible to everyone. I hope these are reasonable asks, but regardless I'm excited to see this channel grow, and can't wait to see more !!
For the background you could make a video where every half hour or so u switch people who draw the background and so u incorporate all of their individual styles.😍
I like seeing each artists take on the same prompt. So I'd be up for more videos like this. Cool to see how different the results look in each artists style.
Though I wouldn't mind seeing some more detailed stuff. So if you spent more time on each piece of art.
Or even one of those 1 hour/10 hour/100 hour type of things. Where you draw something in 1 hour. Then draw it again but spend 10 hours doing it, the finally 100 hours for a really detailed picture.
I think every artist should just have their very own unique intro :)

Hi, i know people can't own concepts for videos, but you guys should seriously give the youtuber lavendertowne a shout-out on one of these videos since she's been doing something like this for a long time, and especially since your thumbnails seriously seriously resemble hers for when she does these "by the book" videos.
Edit: Just saw on the jazza account's new vid that you and lavender towne are gonna do a collab, that is veryyyyy cool Hype!! It's also very good that you saw people's comments talking about the similarities
Alysha's style has quickly become so iconic to me. Its so personalized and just insanley detailed!
Set Idea: I don't know if this is too ambitious, but a portrait / representation of each artist on the channel drawn in their own style would be a really unique background!
Set idea: light gradient colour with the name “insert art” in centre. With different artist in show doodles/work around it. Quite interesting how us creative have the same ideas.

Set idea: set up the space like table top time, each artist has a camera looking at them and a top down camera for group videos
That way each artist can create their own peice of art for behind their workspace
