Yall I have a theory. I think the guy at the end it the dude at the beginning that was arguing with the CEO of mechanics and machines. we never saw his face, he works for the company, and by their dialogue we can assume he was helping/involved with the video, so It would make sense he has the footage. also in the beginning, we get a sense that he doesn't like mechanics and machines, only working there for money. I'd assume that because he got less agressive after the CEO told him he'd be fired if he kept up his additude.

Something I see a lot of people assuming is that this is a prequel game teaser. While that's probably likely and the thing they're probably trying to go for, there is a possibility that these tapes, rather than signifying a prequel game, could just be retconning in this company so that, when they show up in intercity, it's not a "lol random" moment.
so uh, now we know that Kona and Eddie worked at the company, and the fly anteater guy looked like he was developing the virus since the tubes he was holding were green (we know green= virus since chapter 4 explained it) and he looked very suspicious (amogus). So pretty much, recap, Eddie’s robot is duocara, which Eddie and it were from that Halloween chapter where we played as the zizzy twins. Kona, (the better robot maker) made Robby, and the blue eyed version of it, I think you meet him in book 2 chapter 9, docks. And to anteater guy, he might be a friend (or colleague) of badgey!
