    How I love raisin bread. This recipe was given to me. I'm cooking for the first time. But I loved it.
    You can give any form. The baked goods will be great. Try this easy recipe. The dough is so fluffy. I'm excited. You should definitely try cooking.
    Ingredients:
    200 ml warm milk.
    2 tablespoons of sugar.
    5 grams of dry yeast.
    8 grams of vanilla sugar.
    1 egg.
    50 ml vegetable oil.
    430 grams of flour.
    Filling:
    100 grams of raisins.
    4 tablespoons of sugar.
    120 grams of flour.
    90 grams of butter.
    For golden brown:
    Egg - 1 pc.
    RECIPE
    🔹 In a bowl, mix warm milk, sugar and yeast.
    🔹 Add vanilla sugar, egg, vegetable oil. Mix well.
    🔹 Sift flour. Knead the dough until smooth.
    🔹 Lubricate the bowl with oil. Lay out the dough. Cover and set in a warm place for 1 hour.
    🔹 In a bowl raisins, 4 tbsp. sugar, 120 g flour and butter.
    🔹 Roll out the dough into a long layer. Spread a third of the filling on one side. Cut in half, dust with flour and roll out the dough lightly. Lay out half of the filling. do the same. Lay out the remaining filling and repeat the whole process.
    🔹Cut into 10 pieces. Make a beautiful shape. Cover and let rise for 20-30 minutes.
    🔹 Grease pastries with egg. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) for 25-30 minutes.
