Those are simply beautiful! I watched in wonder how my Grandfather used to laminate the dough with a lard slurry and then fold, roll and fold etc! You get the idea! LOL He used to run a summer Lodge in the Muskoka's in Ontario, Canada where he and his wife did all of the cooking and baking, serving 3 meals a day to each customer. Anyways, back to the original conversation, due to the large amount of Kifi's or Strudel that was needed , I was aware that there were many steps involved in the making of this wonderful delicious flaky pastry dough 😋 Those were wonderful times spent with my Grandparents 💗
