@@howiebernard7961 it resets the transmission of an old owner drived the car slow so when someone else drives it and your gass more the transmission whil not think that fast and most times a reset wil help the transmision learn your driving to adapt it self to your driving

Как настроить в данной АКПП Lock-Up, который влияет на скорость переключения АКПП и передачу крутящего момента? Можно ли это сделать Vediamo? Заранее спасибо

i just put in a new 722.6 with new upgrades from the original to be better, for my 06 e55 amg it was slipping a little but drove ok!the trans from Sun Valley Mercedes Transmissions they said all i need to do if the old one was shifting ok and driving was jsut put it in nothing else is go drive it,is that true please and thank u

What for do I have to reset it?
does not need to be 30 seconds. 10 seconds is sufficient. 5 minutes is also too long 2 minutes is sufficient. This resets the adaptive shifting. The car learns your driving habits and either delays or shifts early depending on whether you're a hotrodder or cruiser. Problem is, its not perfect so if you have irregular driving styles or if multiple people drive the car, it can cause the car to have jerky shifting or unexpected shifting pattern. Resetting it will get you results faster than driving it until it eventually learns what to do (which may be never).
The book says 15 secs, but more doesn't hurt. Trying to hit 15 can make you go under that mark and it doesn't work, as the computer has a slight delay.

hello my car is doing same problem,,,, dips in revs but no late shifting, when i slow it down and press the gas padel it jurks like if you leave a manual car cluch roughly,,,, it starts jurking until i press gas padel harder then it gets smooth, some times without any reason my abs esp srs malfunction comes in dash, then i stops it turns the wheels right and left swith off and swith on then light goes of, now i am confused whether its the transmission or some other part like abs bouster, please help

Hello there at Amazing Road TV, i've got a M-Benz E-240 / 211 Series / 2003 and i am facing an issue with AC compressor, it cools for sometime and then stops cooling for few minutes and sometime for longer time and blows kind of warm air (since i am in Gulf, i guess its the climate and the heat, but you'll know better) the AC also makes a sort of a whirring sound with constant intervals, had it checked with mechanics but the only solution garages suggests here is simply to replace the part, whether its $50 or $500 they don't care nor they want to put an effort to find the fault and repair :(
I've also learnt that there is a kind of squeaking kind of a noise when the engine is running and its coming from the Dynamo, the mechanics said that there is one of the Bearing is broken and must be replaced, my specific question is "Can Dynamo affects the AC performance and cooling system, since that Bearing is broken, it works for a while and then it shuts off the compressor, could it?" cz if yes i can only fix the Dynamo Bearing and it will save me almost $600 to replace the compressor and the whole nine yards :(

That seems pretty normal. This allows the engine to warm up without labouring the engine, which can harm it when cold.
You must change engine and transmission holders thats the problem..i changed it some days ago i know what you mean

Great video to reset TCM. I have 2005 C240 4Matic. Check Engine Light with P0715 code. I replaced Valve body Conductor Plate and 13 pin connector. Check Engine Light with P0715 did not go yet. Now I have to clear the error code P0715 from TCM. I do not want to go to Dealer to clear codes in TCM. I tried your technique to rest TCM but not successful. Please help me. Thank You.

На моем w211 270cdi 2003 года сильно пиналась акп , когда давал кик был конкретный затуп , а потом сильный удар и рывок , сделал сброс , машина ожила по-новому прям , никаких пинков , кик рвёт так что дыхание перехватывает !
