Watching everyday from Australia. Thank you for the cam it’s just wonderful. My 93 year old mother watches it daily as she is not too mobile. Thank you again 😊
Love from Tampa, Florida to you and all the spectacular birds that visit your feeders. How kind and generous of your family to build such a wonderful place for the birds to eat. It’s such a joy to be able to watch from far away. Thank you!
Love love love the wonderful birds and animals from South Africa, Thank you very much for giving the world your beautiful natural views. You are terrific !!!
Watching from the Philippines. Happy watching AllenCam on weekends when I am not able to get outdoors because of heavy rain. Thank so so much. Stay safe. Cheers!
Moerer, Menheir Allen, you are doing such a wonderful job with the webcam setup, I used to work in Joeys, & house-sat once in the northern suburbs for the Smiths, an elderly couple who also loved bird watching. You bring much pleasure to everyone during these difficult times, dankie, keep up the good work, tot siens!
Absolutely love watching your bird cam, it has provided me with new knowledge on birds found in South Africa, and doing some indoor birding has definitely helped me during our (various stages of) lockdown! Lovely to see your garden in this video. Thank you from Aberdeen, UK :)
@@AllenBirdcam I actually thought the feeders were on a string connected to a deck and it was a pulley system but seeing the swing arm that locks into place it is quite the engineering feat.
Thank you so much for the behind the scenes view of this fantastic webcam. I view daily from California, USA. The diversity of wildlife is so incredible. Thank you again for all you are doing!
I love you cam and watch it off and on during the day. You have a beautiful garden and a great system for feeding the birds and other critters. Thank you for sharing this with all of us.
Thanks for making this webcam view available to everyone around the world. With limited travel due to Covid19 for the foreseeable future, limited time and expenses, I am certain you can appreciate that many people viewing these species may never have the opportunity to visit S. Africa or even the African continent to see these species in real life. The live cam gets many of us closer. During our upcoming cold winter months here in Canada, I know I will be using your site to slip away to a warmer "view" where I will be able to enjoy your local wildlife with my morning coffee! So thank you so much for sharing. And I'll be sure to share your site with my birder friends and fellow wildlife enthusiasts. Stay safe!
Thanks from snowy Toronto Canada. What an amazing lot of birds visit you, as well as the amazing nocturnal mammals. I enjoy your cam so much. Viewing your garden is also so interesting. There must have been a lot of time and effort put into it. It's cool to see plants that we cold-climate types struggle to grow as house plants flourishing under natural conditions!
What a wonderful birds, a wonderful feeder and - most importantly - wonderful people who did it. Greetings from Ukraine! In these difficult times, your birds help to overcome psychological difficulties. Thank you very much. By the way, your feeder and I here in Ukraine are in the same time zone.
Thank you for giving us a glimpse of the behind the scenes. Your Garden is so beautiful and I'm so glad you desided to make this so the world can see such amazing animals and birds.
I watch your bird cam from Adelaide, South Australia and enjoy it a lot. You have a great selection of birdlife and your feeding station is a lively place. Thanks also for the behind the scenes video; I had wondered what the local area was like.
This has touch my heart.. for the genuinely love of nature and our birds just amazing. Marvelous view so peaceful. Thank you for all this you are doing.🥰💞😇🤍🤍💞🌸💙
I'm even more impressed with this cam after seeing your beautiful garden of paradise! ♥️ Love the view of Pretoria, also. And the mechanism for refilling is so clever! I live in the mountains of Tennessee, U.S., so I know the challenges of gardening on a hillside - though certainly not as steep as yours! Thank you for sharing your knowledge of the unique African birds and animals with the rest of us!
@@AllenBirdcam I'm just south of them in the northern Georgia mountains and would love to see more about your garden. Love the cam and enjoying birds we don't have in the US especially. Thank you for sharing this awesome behind the scenes view! The obvious love of yours for the nature and animals in your area is amazing. I can't wait to see more content from this cam. I am so glad I found it! What I loved was how you showed the refilling of the food. I've been wondering about that quite a lot :) also, it's so cool that the terrace is really near the cam! You'd never think that and I would give anything to spend a whole day (and a night to see genets and bushbabies) on it :)

Hi. The ibis are often around. They seem to prefer eating on the ground under the feeder.
