Don't know what dyno you used but my P71 did 220rwhp completely stock on a Mustang dyno, go figure..lol

P71 has better heads than the 4.6 2v in the GT's.

@@usmc03 No sir, they're the same PI heads, same cams.. It's the dyno shop, settings n tuning that matter.. Rotational mass also matters in which my car should make less but didn't..

Temps, barometric pressure, dyno type, correction factors e.t.c all affect the final # you see and why dynos are only good for measuring gains. Car and driver got 220whp when they tested the '99 GT.

You screwed up the dynoing. Baseline was hood closed. After mods was hood open. Not comparable. Hood open allows cooler air.

Peak power was also taken at a higher RPM. But hey its TV! Its for entertainment. I was entertained.

Factory air intakes pull air from the fender on the mustang so that didn’t matter, but the aftermarket intake pulls air from under the hood so they opened it. That’s probably why.

99 Mustang, $1200 worth of boltons = 28 rwhp (235rwhp). 99 Camaro, $100 synthetic oil change = 10 rwhp (315 rwhp) lol
