Hey, tripped over your channel while surfing YT. Love the tank, hoping to get a 150 gallon in the near future. So for now I have a little coral reef in my 36 gallon till then. I have the same Ink Bird thermometer.
Great video, what tubing/how did you hook up your uv where you have a placed. I’ve been contemplating how to have my uv installed I have the exact same one and don’t have place in my sump area
Thank you! For the UV, its 3/4 Flex tubing from Home Depot. BRS (Bulk Reef Supply) has a great tutorial video on how to correctly install a UV I'd give that a view prior to installing it as it goes over UV placement, Flow and sizing. Cheers
Really like your set up. I just bought the same tank about 4.5 months ago. Just wondering on your wave makers and.why the back of the tank. Mine are on the sides nero 5 and max spec 4k. Thoughts?
What’s up man (916 baby!), I have a similar setup but a 625. Question, how’s your flow and dead spots? I also have 3 MP40s almost laid out the same. Was thinking about doing your layout. I have 2 in the right glass and 1 on the back left glass. I’ve been thinking about one on each side of the back like you and a single in the side, been also thinking about biting the bullet and putting the one on the left glass instead of 2 on the right (I view from left and front so didn’t want any there there).
Really nice tank. I hope your Neptune’s controller doesn’t go out like mine. I had a power outage that lasted not even 10 seconds and it just completely stopped working. I researched it and a lot of people are having the same problem
Thank you! Sorry to hear about your Neptune failure. I have had some bugs with mine as well but their customer service took care of it. No problems in the last 8 months.
That's a fantastic setup. It almost looks like a fantasy setup that was made with a blank check. How much does that whole thing cost? $15,000, I'm impressed the new baby is going to love it
Loved your tank and the video. I have the exact tank, but mine looks miserable compared to you! Quick question: where did you get that mesh toping? Mine is DYI, but i like yours with plastic/acrylic sides.
Already got them at the house. The blades sitting ontop are a temp thing. I just wanted to show a little sneak leak to what’s next. Going to add the RAIL mount for the radions to support the AI blades. I mentioned this in the video as well. I’ll drop another video on hanging all those together. Some modification will have to happen to the lid to make this work.
I usually hate crazy rock work...Love the rock work here... nice.
Thank you!!! I appreciate that

Thank you! It’s been a work in progress over the past few years. I need to upload a new video. There’s been a ton of updates since this last video!
That is awesome and you're local to me. Nice work, hope to have a tank like this someday.

@@CopperStateCorals great!!!! Your tank looks awesome. I just bought me the top like you have. I can’t wait to get it
Beautiful tank! Is the scape cemented together or no? Looks really good.
Congrats on the new addition to the family!
Thank you!! I have it cemented together in 3 sections.
Beautiful tank! Check out the kraken by coralvue it gets rid of those power bricks.

What percent are you running the lights at and for how long?
What is your light schedule ?

Thank you! I have a Top Lids screen top.
How much did all that cost
Link to the lid?
Nice tank, congrats on being a dad! where did you get the screen for your tank I like it a lot.
Thank you very much! It's a Top Lids screen.
What is the return size on your 525XL?
Neptune Cor-20. Running at 60%
A minimum of $20,000 right there + lots of time and knowledge.
Are those the GHL fans?
Yup! 5 propeller unit. Works great.
Nice tank. All For Reef is garbage. Stay with Kalk.
build a manifold for your reactors :)
I have that octopus above my 180g! Hobby Lobby 😂
Great minds think alike! I snagged mine on Amazon I believe. Looks killer
too many stones bro.
I would get half out.😅
You’re not wrong on that. For now with the small frags, It works. Thinking of removing upper layers once things grow in towards the 12-16 month mark.
Get the ai blade kit

Love your stuff! Fellow Arizona reefer here, are you also on Instagram too?
