- Super Mario Bros. Wonder is FINALLY HERE. This is the first time I've ever been here to be a part of a 2D Mario game's release, and given how much weird speedruns, challenges, and crazy things I've done with other 2D Mario games, I'm excited to see what will happen with this game. But before we do that, we have to see what the game has to offer.. So today we're going on a journey to do just that.

I have to admit, it has been better than I thought. I was pretty meh on it, because I thought it was basically another NSMBU-style, but this game has more content than I thought
I'm not quite sure how you got that impression from this game at all. It was very distinct even from the beginning.

All seriousness tho. Ive been playing mario since i was 3 years old and im 19 now and i have to say that this game is the hardest Mario game Ive played since the lost levels.
I was going to get Super Mario 3D world because of your content relating to it and because of nostalgia, so I was going to walmart to get a physical copy until I saw a video from Panga about this game lol. So I searched up the release date and found out it came out today (or, well, yesterday for me), and so I went to walmart and got a copy! But I also saw a bullet bill plush and couldnt decide on whether I wanted the plush or not because technically you are one of the reasons why (because William :)). Sadly I couldn't get him since my mom didn't have enough money. But regardless of that, I'm really happy to finally get a game ON release day instead of waiting the usual 2-3 years to be able to even get my hands on a copy. And I'm really happy to see youtuber's reactions to the levels and mechanics :D
Never thought Raysfire, the master of 3D World speedrunning, would have the Wonder gameplay style of Little Timmy lol

My only complaint for this game: the game makes you choose between Y for dash and B for jump, or B for dash and A for jump. No mixing the 2 unless you change your button mapping

You mean worse right? I am sorry it looks like it was made for 5 year olds. I just cant get over the Nick Jr. aspects. I know Mario will never be a game that is rated T or M etc, but I feel like I am watching a Blues Clues platforming simulator. They put in some gimmicks and act like they made a new game.

No way bro, I got the game yesterday and I got about halfway into world 3 and it was hard. Definitely a different design but I don’t mind the change since I am a Mario fan.
Sorry rays, but this was one of the most annoying streams I've watched. You spent like 20 minutes in each level, even saying "oh we died 1h50m in? That's pretty good", well that's because you did just like 7 levels in that time span. It's completely fine to explore, but all of it was a drag. And even with that time spent, you still missed a ton of secrets, even ones that are straight up in your face. You almost missed ⅓ of World 1 and chat had to say where it was. A great example is you on the Dolphin Kick challenge just literally seeing the flower guys with the flower coins ready to race and what do you do? You ignore that and go straight to breaking blocks for some reason.
This whole stream just made me wish this game had a timer

@silvermalwareai4047 I'm not being mean, I'm saying the truth. He spent way too much on the levels in my opinion. Again, exploration is good but it felt more like dragging out. It's all subjective, if you like it it's also fine, but I'm allowed to comment, right?

And I don't know if you've even been told, "If you don't have anything nice to say, do say anything at all." It's almost like your "opinion" isn't contrauctive criticism or helpful in any way. It IS rude.
@silvermalwareai4047 Not contradicting myself lol. Some stuff I said wasn't objective, it was just the truth. He did miss a lot of stuff and had to rely on chat, and I just wish he was more careful with the secrets, especially on how much time he spent on each level. Your definition of "rude" is very broad, and I'm kind of concerned about that. Are you like this to every piece of criticism you see to something you like? Sorry, but you'll have to deal with stuff
