Yes and strangely enough when Donna Mills suddenly appeared on "General Hospital" rejoining Andrea Marcovicci decades later very rarely was it mentioned that She or Andrea was an LIAMST Cast Member.🤔B.W.
I sure CBS wondered why they did not renew any of the soaps( Love Is A Many Splendored Thing, Secret Storm, & Where The Heart Is) the outcome would have been great
Debra Banks.."The Secret Storm" was one of my mother's favorite soaps, along with "Love of Life" and "Search for Tomorrow". How about "The Best of Everything"? That's one soap that was also cancelled too soon. It was a very youth-oriented soap, in contrast to the others, and really spoke to us teens back in 1970. Was a favorite of ours till Y&R debuted in 1973 with the Brooks sisters and Snapper and his brother, Greg.
Birds57: Memory serves Gloria Swanson the star of the legendary Movie "Sunset Boulevard" headed up the cast of "The Best Of Everything." And for some strange reason it is almost never mentioned with the terrific Soaps of yesteryear.B.W.
I remember my mom watching this while I helped with folding the laundry and she did the ironing. We also had a small black & white Philco portable in the kitchen where she watched her stories.
It’s nice to see images of Donna Mills on LIAMST before her primetime success on Knots Landing. Who agrees with me on this?
Absolutely

I believe Andrea came on LIAMST after Donna left.
@@madbrowniac7871 Andrea was not on GH….you must be referring to Leslie Charleson
Absolutely! She played a young nun, and both she and her sister Iris were in love with the same man, the character played by David Birney.
I loved this soap opera.
Watched this soap with my mom when I was a kid.
Featuring Eddie Layton playing the Hammond X-66!
Leslie Charlson and Donna mills
Leslie played Iris Donnelly and I think Donna played Laura Donnelly.
Leslie used to be in toothpaste commercials.
Ĺooking good, hello gorgeous Lance Jackson!
Never heard of this soap either

@@birdsfan57 I though YR was the coolest thing I had ever seen back in 1973.
@@madbrowniac7871 Gale Sondergaard had the Joan Crawford role in the daytime serial adaptation of “The Best of Everything” (ABC)…
When I was a kid, I thought this show was so hip and worldly, especially when the one dude got his wife's sister pregnant by accident.
Eddie Layton finest soap theme song
Yes she did.
I would have been a CBS fan with 8 soaps daily..How did the housewives get anything done?:)
Agree!
At least they have two left. ABC and NBC have only one each.
The lady down the street from us used to get up extra early, get all her housework done, then watch her "stories."
I remember my mom watching this while I helped with folding the laundry and she did the ironing. We also had a small black & white Philco portable in the kitchen where she watched her stories.
@@Yesterday5656 As of today Friday August 12th 2022, Days of Our Lives is no longer on NBC! ⌛️
