Turns out I've basically been making marinara sauce all this time, except until now I just called it "meatball sauce" 😅 If I ever decide to attempt my own veggie "meat"balls to go with it I'll be sure to try out your recipe! ☺️
@@JoesPhenomenal yeah, companies have started making chilled veggie mince that you can use to make meatballs and burgers and such, so I may give that a go ☺️
Hey Joe how's it going 🇺🇸 hope your 4th of July 🎉 was good 🤞Love the garlic breath pun haha that's what our younger son says when I cook garlic 😁 I've cooked meatballs but never with bison meat. I've seen it in Costco. I've tasted bison burger in Calgary and it was delicious 😋 you roll them well and good with equal size 👏 I remember making cutlets recipe made the same way. You can use the ice cream scoop to get equal size balls although you are a pro 🙌 thanks for sharing my friend delicious and loved the video presentation 💐
Aww.. Thank you! Yes, I actually used the ice cream scoop before when I was learning how to get the size just where I wanted... Then you just kind of develop a feel for how much you need for each one over time. Costco has great prices on the bison meat.... Right now I think it was 20 bucks for 2.5 lbs of ground. That's pretty good.

Nice! It should be pretty easy to just substitute some veggie mince for the bison in there.

Great Video for the best meat, BISON!! == BUT, using Aluminium a known cancer agent should not be promoted. == ME, 40 yrs. hospital Paramedic!!! *3
Thanks! Appreciate ya. Perhaps parchment paper for that could be a safer option.
