The dish looks very tasty and healthy too. I would like to try it. The garden eggs look different from the one I am familiar with. In Suriname we call them antruwa and they have a pale greenish colour and are quite bitter. We make stews with them either with smoked fish, salted beef, chicken etc or add the small ones in a vegetable soup. Greetings from Suriname🇸🇷🇸🇷❤
