    I just made this recipe and it was excellent. It will be a regular on my menu. I’ve been eating your oatmeal recipe with carrots and blueberries every morning, I love it! Finally losing weight and not starving. Keto and low carbs don’t work for me. Im sticking with this. Thank you ladies! Love your channel.

    I have the Healthy Mummy cookbook and love it! The recipes are simple , easy and tasty! With this recipe, I add tomatoes, mushrooms and red bells. It’s very versatile.

    Banza or other chickpea pasta will be an upgrade to this healthy recipe! Also, according to Dr. Michael Gregor, cut the broccoli 20 minutes before using to release the max. sulphorophine! Thanks for sharing!

    love the idea of using hummus as a
    sort of sauce. it’s nearly impossible to find hummus without tahini tho.

    I just finished making my hummus and add just a touch of tahini and some lemon juice, garlic powder black pepper. To me this delicious.

    When I'm adding broccoli or cauliflower to my pasta dishes, I place the veggies in a colander and place it over the pot of boiling water/pasta so they are both ready ( and al dente) at the same time.

    Looks amazing! Don’t forget to cut up the tender parts of the broccoli stems in small pieces and cook with the rest of the broccoli. Now my quest to find that hummus. 🤞

    In order to do your program is it totally Vegan? I am post menopausal and would love to get rid of 15 pounds. Is it the meat? I was plant based for 2 years a few years back and thought that it wasn’t helping my weight although I did feel great! I am so confused about what to eat lately.

    I made this. It came out a bit too spicy so I will cut down on the pepper flakes. Also, the lemon rind gave it a somewhat bitter taste so I will leave that out next time. I added a bit of salt as well. What do we do with the other half of the pasta water? I think she only poured half in the pot with the hummous. Did I miss something?

      Make sure your lemons are organic the bitterness can be from a wax coating

    I'm very interested in this plan however, I'm pre/borderline-diabetic and these starches would raise my blood sugar & A1c sky high. I didn't see FAQ section on your website and would like to get more info. How does this plan work for pre/borderline as well as diabetics?

      Check out "mastering diabetes", it's very informative and explains how and why a plant-based diet is actually best for diabetics.

    low fat just does not work for me, I get hungry as the devil and then eat anything in sight. Sorry but I need healthy fats (avocado, coconut oil, olive oil, etc) Also wheat and most carbs just make me hungry in 3 hours too! For some people a high-fat diet with plenty of leafy greens is best.

      If you're hungry after a few hours, eat small meals every few hours. You don't necessarily need high fat to stay full. I am someone who's hungry throughout the day and lost 90 pounds, eating small meals every few hours. Other than some avocado and natural peanut butter, I ate low fat.

      I'm not sure where you are from, but I can find it at all grocery stores in my area such as Safeway, Trader Joe's and of course Whole Foods. It's usually in a refrigerated section of the store that may also have salsa or guacamole in that same section.
      A common brand around here is Sabra, but there are a lot of brands at those stores that I've mentioned.
      Maybe you could order it off of Amazon grocery, also.
