One of my favourites Brings back the memories of driving to Heathrow every evening listening to “Heathrow” very loud to watch Concord take off at 7:15 pm Right under the flight path oh how I miss being vibrated right through my core Happy days and fond memories Thank you Mr King
As do I & I'm sure the lads from Level 42 will put on an amazing live performance just like they've always done... Enjoy your gig for the 2020 Tour when they arrive in your city... All The Best... .....
Nah, its either his old Dave Smith Prophet 08 from around 2008 or he's updated to a REV-2. Its not the Prophet 5 from their heyday (if he's even still got it) - in the video you can see the words "Dave Smith Instruments" on the bottom right of the synth. These are 8 to 16 voice DCO - the old Prophet was 5 voice VCO (which is more fat and organic sounding). Just checked his Twitter he has got the Prophet 08 and the REV-2 in his rig now, this looks like the REV-2 based on that having an OLED screen. I've got a REV-2 - the company is now back to being calle Sequential now, like the Prophet was but its a very different synth. :o)
@@PaulGBass There's a video on Mike's RUclips channel where he explains he still got his Prophet-5. Spare parts are hard to come by, so one luggage carrier too many....it's retired and sitting in his home studio.
If you never know what is a break....am not to tell you what’s a fucking break is....her Im stuck in with you (not here) and if you only know where you’re going though
More than 30 years, never get tired of this song... Still one of the best of L42's songs, since mid of 80's
the intro.......can we say perfection in these woke times?
I love this band sooo much.. I wish more people followed their amazing music. Legends

There ain't a band on the planet
That can match the level of these guys!
Loved this band since 1980.
😏😏😏
👍👍👍
As fresh as when i first heard it over 30 years ago. So good.
One of my favourites and great to see it returned to the live shows in recent years.
Finally a bass worthy of that old Jaydee tone. Great performance
Was thinking the same myself.....why doesn't he just play the old Jaydee.
@@jasonbarnett8911 I'm open to correction but I believe he gave that bass away to someone.
@@fragwagon Watched him performing from his studio yesterday and I'm pretty sure he's got an old Jaydee hanging on the wall.
@@fragwagon As far as I'm aware it is now own by Chris Wolstenholme from muse but I may be wrong!
the jay dee sounds better than that one !
This is pure Level 42!
Level 42 - THE perfect band for the 20th /21st Century. Pop, rock, groove, psychedelic. What's NOT to love ????
Mark King had just turned 60 by the time they did this tour, he can still slap bass like a God. ✌️😙
The greatest satisfaction is that all members of the Level 42 factory noticed that I 🥴consider them as one THE best band ever!
Damnit. Should have gone to that one !! Amazing performance
Remember good man in a storm you are loved by your friends and family. Love this song.❤️👍

Great musicality
Englands YYZ
Mark King, un mito?
great tune, great playing, but-
who's' in the band besides Mark and Mike?
thnx
Marks younger brother on guitar, very nice player. Nifty on the bass too!
❤❤❤❤❤
Play's just like boon Gould
Please don't forget WALLY BADAROU's input to this song.
Has anyone ever noticed how the theme song to the David Letterman show sounds very similar to this song??
If you never know what is a break....am not to tell you what’s a fucking break is....her Im stuck in with you (not here) and if you only know where you’re going though
What bass is that Mark is playing?
It's Status.
Never been a fan of Status regarding their bass pickups.
And the higher end Status pickups are really unaffordable.
What the hell is that bass that Mark is playing- it's not a JayDee or a Status? I feel violated...
mezzoforte
Great to see a track from the DVD but the sound seems out of sync?
It’s Spot on pal ?
Agreed, it's about a beat out.
Quand Level 42 se prend pour Steely Dan...
Prefer the cool notes
