內膽是很難買的，因為無人明白什麼是內胆，四處都無買，我示他們照片才明白。但終於二星期前在香港九龍上海街榕樹頭..左邊的共用洗手間..隔隣大概一至二條街的廚房用具舖找到（20cm 的內膽..連蓋）它們是放在內鋪地上買的，不鏽鋼。
$15蓋+$23pot=$38($hk)
等於（$us5.5) . 真便宜。
