李佳薇是个猪 It’s smarter to do what they do in martial arts which is on a padded floor and they use big cushion wedges. Guys usually also hold you and help you get used to flipping while supporting during the first half of the flip and holding the cushions under you.
I didn’t think I would actually try this but did a couple of the steps off a wall in my courtyard each time I went out to walk or run. Six days later, full flip. No injuries. Exhilarating!
How old are/were you if you don't mind me asking? Just wondering because I'm 12 and I don't know if I'm able to do it at this age
I'm an overweight 40 year old. I tried this trick and on the first try I shattered 5 vertebrae in my neck. But now I'm doing 360s in my electric wheelchair at Walmart.

4 years ago i practice parkour and can do back handspring and front flip without fear of falling.. but now its not anymore. My confident been sucked by mobile phone and e-sport. Damnit!

at 3:49 that section was a big help in preparing and how you footing should feel when locked in the wall. I'm an older big guy 44yrs and 240lbs, there's a video of a bigger guy doing flips. I can do it, it ain't always clean looking. thanks for the tutorial @ 3:49 it really helps. once you get the understanding of how your foot grips and locks the wall you know if you're gonna make the full revolution or land on your knees.

Can anyone tell me that this worked for them? I mean it probably does, but we aren't physically blocked from doing these kinds of things; we are mentally blocked. And that's the hardest part to overcome

I can do a wall flip and this seems like a good way to get hurt. You gotta learn using soft mats on the floor to cushion your landing and just go straight into flipping backwards after jumping off the wall a few times to get used to how high you can get

That's how you can tell the human body is just amazing. Ufcourse, we like to take in mind risk factors as ways to keep ourselves as far from danger as possible, but it's still something that is really cool.

Good job explaining it. When i learned to flio on the tranpoline this is kimda how we did it. Silly little turns and side flips and then all of a sudden im doing 10 back to front flips in a row. Reminds me of everything ive learned. Start small and you learn.
