Absolutely crazy this pops up on my suggestions. I went to high school with Redd in Surrey, British Columbia, Canada. So much fun to hang out with. I remember him building a guitar in woodwork and we were all fascinated by it. When it was finished he plugged it in and played a bit for the class. Blew us away how well he could play. His band did a couple of our dances. So cool to see him play after all these years.
I would love to see Redd with 5 musicians of his choice. Redd is the most amazing guitar player I know and a he’s and amazing person once you get to know him. Sure miss you Redd!!! Miss Nancy and Ernie too. Hope all are doing well
My brother got a chance to get a personal guitar lesson from Red when he was in Green Bay a few years back. He told me Red was a God on guitar and a incredibly nice man.
Great mix and camera work. You can tell Redd is directing on the fly, which shows the skills of the band and Redd . You certainly must have more Redd videos, if you would be so kind, post more please :)
Thanks for the comment Zach. I've been lucky to see Redd at several shows the last couple of years. Here's a link to the videos I got with him, in front and backing other acts. ruclips.net/user/my_videos?o=U&sq=Redd+Volkaert
like herdin' geese sometimes but that's why they call it work, and that's why they get paid...go back and watch how Redd turns that "frown" @ 1:27 plus a couple bass meanders on the chorus, into some of the tastiest runs and fills in the business!

The keyboard player murders this song...
Yeah, not in a good way.
Does anyone know the bass players, he looks familiar?
Allan Tomkins - www.tomkinsguitars.com/

Redd ought to cut this song, He sings his tail off on this one!
Are you having fun Redd?? I feel your pain getting slaughtered by the keys. Lol
I played with bill spitzer who claimed he created the bandy beat which is a far cry from this drummer but no offense
Awesome job by one of the greatest if you get a chance check out our version we appreciate it
