The gas laws relate pressure, volume, temperature and amount of a gas. In this video we will learn Boyle's, Charles's, Gay-Lussac's, Avogadro's and the Combined Gas Law.
I really needed this. I’ve been struggling allot in chemistry recently because I missed the days we started going over this on so I had no clue what I was doing or how to do it. This helped allot, thank you.
can i ask about the example in the Gay Lussac's Law, why is it that the given data on question about the initial temperature is 283 but when you solved it, it changed into 298?
Thank you so much ,this gave me so much clarity and even when you gave a practical example of Charles law I could relate because my cousin once burnt an aerosol can , it blew up and injured my right hand had to put a cast lol.
In the Avogadro law it is v is directly proportional to n, and not n directly proportional to v .The video is nice but you just need to change somethings
WHO CAME TO WATCH THIS VIDEO JUST BEFORE THEIR EXAM??🤣🤣
LOL YEA, You Got It Bro..!
YUP lmaoo
Guilty
Lmao a day before lol
mines in a couple hours D: also love ur pfp
i guess im the only one thinking about charles boyle while watching this
THANK YOU
Lmao same HAHAH
Thank you so very much for creating this video. It is so well paced and explained. Very easy to follow and understand. Thanks a million!!!!!!!

My teacher taught me the PTV stick, and it's soooo helpful!

Caleb Sangrio lol i noticed it too while solving it,thought i was wrong
Caleb Tim He had a mistake... It is 283 K, not 298 K. So, therefore, the answer is 1,640.99 kPa.
Yeah, I think its a mistake
Thank you! I was wondering the same thing.
Yes I think he did a mistake
God bless you and thank you for sharing your knowledge.
This vid really helped me understand the gas laws
Thank you so much ,this gave me so much clarity and even when you gave a practical example of Charles law I could relate because my cousin once burnt an aerosol can , it blew up and injured my right hand had to put a cast lol.
Yikes! I hope your hand is healed!
thank you very much for this. saved my life a day before my chemistry final !😭
calling me out stop 😭😭😭
awesome video! Great straight forward explanation!
Right on point man..Thanks👍👍
great video sir its because of you I understood abou this topic ... thanks
8:56 - incorrect value for the initial temperature
The simplest and most direct to the point gas laws video. Thank you so much! This helped as me a lot :)
At charles law i think it should be V proportional to T..
yeah
a law stating that the volume of an ideal gas at constant pressure is directly proportional to the absolute temperature.
P is proportional to T
that means the same dude
Nah
For Charles's Law, the relationship you said is P is proportional to V. What did you mean by that?
it was a mistake I think
Wow it's help me a lot since I was not so much clear with my understanding
Thank you for making the video
Thanks this is going to help me out.
Hi it is educational video. Can we use this video for our thesis project? Thank you
Thank you for teaching us about it. It's been a great help, really!🙏
for charle's law it suppose to be t is proportional to v....not p being proportional to v
BRO TYSMMMM ,I REALLY CANT APPRECIATE U ENOUGH!!🙌🙌👏
I'm glad this video helped! 😃
Is it only on combined gas law that u change from degree Celsius to kelvin ?
On the combined gas law, why did you put t2 on the top and not the bottom? Just confused
weldone sir, what you used as your T1 in the solution is different from the one in the question
Mr Fogarty is a beast
I think conditions should be set when applying Gay lisa.. law .Am I right?
did better than my chem teacher
I loved the explanation and the video . usefull
I'm glad this video helped!
Thanks a lot sir
Thank you ❤❤
Thanks a lot it has really helped me
So glad this helped! 😀
Thanks Doctor, From Egyptian Doctor.
You taught best sir
I'm very confused on what should I add if I'm going to convert Celsius into kelvin is it 273 or 273.15??? Are they still the same?
They are the same. 273.15 is just more precise than 273. You will get the same answer.
when changing to kelvin don't you have to use 273.15 instead of just 273?
Yeah you don’t have to use the .15 there is no need for that
I hope you will notice this but because of your explanation, I got 22\25 in science quiz👍
Nice work!!🎉😃
What is the value of T1?283K or 298K?
exactly cause idk if he made a typo or what...
The Gay Lussac's example is wrong no offense, The answer should be 1640.99 kPa
Kenneth Nguyen should it be p2= 1641 kPa? Because he round it of only one decimal
I dont see the gay lussacs law anywhere on the vid?
in combine Gas law where did the 273 added in T1?
when converting from celcius to kelvin, 273 is added,
thank you
Bro, thank youuuuuu
amazing video!
Thanks!
In gay Lussac's law you wrote T¹ as 298K but it's 283K and the answer is 1641kPa just thought I should let you know
Broooo this is too fucking good
thanks my guy
What calculator did you used?😭🥲
this video is soooo helpful thankkkss
The Charles law is meant to be T ➰ V....that's T¹/V¹ = T² /V²
You always have to change the T2 up??
And why not down??
thank you !!
Thx
You put wrong given on 8:27
7:26
Noice
In the Avogadro law it is v is directly proportional to n, and not n directly proportional to v .The video is nice but you just need to change somethings
1200.0x387over 283=1640 your answer is wrong
Eros john lao exam na ugma ywa
🤔
Why do we have to follow Laws...😀
Please in Gay-lussac and combined law there is a mistake
I don't think there is a mistake. Why do you think so?
This may just save my chemistry grade
This is cute and not boring
you made a mistake in gay lussacs law t2=283 not t2= 298
but the lesson wasgreat
I hate chemistry class but my teacher lit
🤣
TANGINA ANG GALING SALAMAT
Ms. Yano brought me here :V
im gay
😮💨
You are definitely a French
English to samjhne layak boliye sir
This video didn’t do shit
great video sir its because of you I understood abou this topic ... thanks
