    I resonate very heavily with what he said about going to sleep with one thought and then waking up with that thought the next day. I always notice that whenever I go to sleep with a loving, grateful, or kind thought that the first thing I think when I wake up is a loving, kind, or grateful thought. The same is true for a stressful, fearful, or angry thought. I now use this knowledge as a tool to help me get all my days started on a great note! Go to sleep happy and hopeful, wake up happy and hopeful

    Luisa, once again you hit the ball out of the park on this interview. Why out of all the people I subscribe to on you tube, it’s your channel with your guests that resonate with me, inspiring me to learn more, dig deeper and grow spiritually. Jim Self was absolutely fascinating. His calm demeanor and practical tools to align us with our true selves was priceless. Thank you from my heart for what you do Luisa 🥰 We are all on our own journey home to remember ourselves.

    The first person you should learn to love, is yourself. How can one have love in the home, if you can't love yourself first. How can you love others if you you don't love yourself first? True love is not just about loving family, friends or the human race. True love is about loving all of God's creations. Yes, even spiders and the humble fly. They were created for a reason. They all have a job to do..and that is, to keep mother nature healthy and the planet alive. Without them, the planet would not be habitable. All of God's creations, leaving humans to one side, make it possible for us to exist here, and learn what we need to learn to grow spiritually. Nature in all of its forms, is here for us. We have to learn to respect that, understand that and most of all love it. We humans, if you think about it, take from nature, without putting anything back. It's like taking everything your mother gives, and in return are ungrateful and show no respect. Worse still, you abuse her.

    I get masses of information during sleep. I'm being shown and taught all the time, I write most down, and many times have to draw pictures because I can't find the words to explain them. Basically because there isn't any words to explain them! I understand but I don't know how I can share the information in a way that people can understand, Because there are no perfect words!

    All religion did for me or too me when I was basically a child, was fill me with guilt. You shouldn't do this, its a sin. You shouldn't do that, its a sin. Everything was a sin it seemed. Now I know the so called sins, were just a young lad growing up and discovering himself, something all children do. Also, as kids we do some dumb stuff then feel guilty about it. In reality, it's just learning right from wrong. We all do it. At those times, we are simply learning what is acceptable and what is not. Later on, feeling regrets is silly. Silly because whatever it was that we did is history. We learn from those mistakes. They are lessons, not something to fret about in adulthood. The past is the past. It doesn't haunt us, we haunt it. We do so by constantly feeling regrets and guilty about those events. Mental issues can arise from haunting the past. You just have to let the past go. A case in point, I have a friend, he is haunted by his past. Things that close relatives did to him. Stealing from him, stabbing him in the back etc. He is now 54, and is filled with anger. He loses his temper over silly things. I have told him, he has to learn to forgive. Whatever happened is history. I know he has a big heart..but he just won't let go of his history. He believes all this meditation and spiritual stuff is all BS. I won't give up on him though..because I know he is a good man. A good person.

    hah, this is about the rules for authenticity.
    it leads to power and creation.
    it all starts with learning to love self

    I believe in reincarnation. Not because of anything I have read, or seen on RUclips. I learned this well before the Internet. Let me explain. As a young man not interested in religion, still not, or anything spiritual, a message suddenly entered my head. It said 'reincarnation is real'. This happened while walking along a local road on my way to a pub for a pint and a game of fool. Much later I had three examples/ experiences of some own past lives. It made sense to me because no one can learn what has to be learned in just one life. Its impossible.
    So many experiences in many physical bodies..is needed. Tibet monks believe that one can come back as a insect, animal etc. I don't. I believe one does not come back as a lesser species. A less intelligent species. We always move forward as humans.

    • @98point4
      @98point4 3 года назад

      How do you know what murderers feel about themselves? They might be more at ease with what they are than you are with what you are. Just a thought. But, I do wonder why you think you're ok and don't need any of this when you bring up the topic of murder having listened? (though I suspect you only half listened to a small part of it) to a conversation about acquiring some tools to live by so that the rest of humanity does not impact on you. You go back to sleep and when you're ready, you know what to listen to!!
