As per mine perspective, it's only just for Better understanding of spritual world.
Doing a sensory deprivation might not a gateway to the spirit world. It is a gateway to unlocking different parts of your brain. You brain will cause you to hear, and see all kinds of things. Try it for 20 minutes and then work your way up to an hour. You will definitely experience some strange things.

In yoga there is a similar thing called as Bhramari Pranayama in which you gently closes your eyes and ears by Shanmukhi Mudra and you just focus on your natural breathing. It is used by yogis to know how much rhythmic is their breath. I personally recommend "The heart of yoga" written by T.K.V Desikachar for clear and to the point meaning of yoga and it's step by step journey.

She's correct in the part where she says spirits are talking over each other, i have heard this myself. You make a connection with the one you can hear clearly. As for me, i heard many voices sounded like hundreds. Would be like hearing every station on the radio playing all at once, its merely impossible to follow them all, another analogy is like when your at a table and there's 3 or more conversations taking place at once you'll know that you'll be missing parts of the conversation as you hear parts of the other conversation taking place. Unless you tune in and focus on one conversation.

Hey! Depending upon your trauma or hurts.
All these things you can heal in meditation or different healing processes.
If it's related to child healing then you have to do meditation and be in that stage where you feel that your inner child felt unwanted or unloved..now you now have to meet you only that particular age..talk in your mind with your inner child that you didn't knew anything that time about it.. but younger version of yours now giving your child version a hug and love...tell that you are there for them now and forever..wipe their ( yours) tears and just give unconditional love..tell yourself depending upon trauma that...your are loved and it's okay to feel and whatever you feel coming from inside of you. If you connect well you will cry alot and that's healing and realising...you may do this few times too!
You can do shadow work and check more about what's shadow work.. it's understanding what we don't want to understand for ourselves..deep inside we have alot of things that we have to accept ourselves as it is and work on our shadow and transmute into positive things and qualities.
You can start doing journneling which helps you to understand your thoughts and their patterns.
Love yourself unconditionally and accept yourself as it is. Keep doing meditation it helps alot and you get connected to your higherself.

The way we look at particular traumatic experience may be connected to our "belief system created version " when we get another perspectives from the therapist or a friend our paradigm shifts and our perception becomes what we conceived so we let go as it gets distorted and we do heal.

I once did try white noise for sleeping but didn't know about estes that time. After I fell asleep with white noise still running on my earphones plugged to my ears. I heard a voice calling out my name. I think it was a female voice. It scared the hell out of me. Not sure it was in a dream or actually happened. But I woke up and unplugged earphones.

To be honest I've slept manier times putting headphones with that white noise which I found in spotify. I used to do whenever I used to get insomania sometimes....I used to find it peaceful and mind relieving.

That's a great question. I too wonder there are many videos on RUclips with white noise for sleeping. I believe in metaphysical things etc and have sensed some surprising things myself in my life. I don't take up cases of reading tarot cards, people, situations or a house that often. The reason is, most of the time these things are just your mind playing tricks or some underlying psychological condition. If I have taken twenty cases then fifteen out of them were trivial issues or just something cooked up story for validation in order to feel relevant.

I am definitely going to try this at some point I have spoken to my counsel or guides once I have a sort of relationship with them,but I’m interested in trying this I have had visions through meditation purple beings and then black ones that seemed not friendly but more observant of me , I did have lucid dream that I travelled to lower realm it was a dark place with literally hundreds of dark shadow beings and they or one spoke and they asked me “what am I doing here” and “ you don’t belong here” well they started to surround me but my being was glowing with such a bright white light that when they got close to me they were kinda dissolved or incenerated by it and they were sort of enveloped by it they surrounded me but couldn’t hurt me which made them angry with me they told me to leave my being was glowing with such a bright yellowish white light it was a though I was like I had Gods light and they were scared to get near me they told me not to come back I’ll never forget that experience, there is a place where thousands of dark entities are in I don’t know what it’s called but and I don’t know why I even travelled there but I don’t want to go back , I am going try this at some point but I know that being in human body here we are not suppose to meddle with there world for the reason you never know what you can attract positive or negative but it’s extreamly tempting untill a terrifying encounter scares you to death almost and that’s when a mantra is needed for protection thanks again and

I once tried it in my hostel room, I was alone in my room, rest of my friends were at canteen, I had fast that day so I stayed in my room, I was so much into horror videos and stuff, like my whole yt feed was filled with paranomal videos, so I saw this technique that pooja mention in this video, I thought of trying it, I closed all windows and door I settled down on floor, with my laptop and bluetooth headphones connected to it, I opened youtube, played some white noise, I took a big cloth, wrapped it around my eyes, put 10mins timer on my cellphone, so that I have idea about elapsed time. Then I waited for 1 min, calmed myself to be prepared if something bizarre happens. I took a deep breathe, put on my blindfolds and earphones, played the white noise, and it was all disturbing at first, bcoz white noise is something m not used of, later on as my mind adpated it, It got normal, I was trying to focus on any minute sound or anything like that. 5 mins passed by I didn't heard anything, and my phone rang I stopped the timer, again I thoght let's a bit more time, I again zoned into it, and this time, I was quite focued and tuned into the process, like my mind was ready for it. after some time, my mind started cancelling out sound of white noise I was hearing, and then I felt like I heard a noise somewhere in my room, and I started feeling chills in my spine all of sudden, like someone is next to me, and all of sudden white noise stopped and a women sound started coming and instantly it got louder like she was moaning, in frantic I removed my blindfolds and what I saw was not expected. I saw all 3 of my friend standing next to me, and the sound on my laptop was a adult video, I felt relief after that, and we all endup watching the adult video, I was one of best video, still searching for it after this many years.
