    I came here because I saw a comment on Lacto fermentation interview with Krish Ashok and Dr. Pal. Am glad to discover some authentic North Eastern recipes. I am from South India and I love the unique recipes and flavors of North East. It is a shame we don’t know much about it in many parts of India. Thanks for sharing.

    • @manipurirecipes9266
      @manipurirecipes9266  11 месяцев назад +3

      क्योंकि यह बाद में हवाईजार के स्वाद को बनाए रखने में मदद करता है और इसे तारों की संरचना से कम बनाता है। अगर हम इसे नहीं धोएंगे तो इसका स्वाद बहुत ज्यादा strong होगा और इसमें तार भी ज्यादा होंगे. But it's fine if someone likes the intense flavour of the hawaijar they can ferment it without wasting after cooking.
