Regarding the first question, I agree with your Saket. In addition to that, the basic principle is commitment towards Sprint Goal instead Sprint backlog.
For a coach the relationship distance 'I' and 'we' defines the real success. It's not your problem, it's team's problem. Saket was politely trying to highlight that.

@@rashmisrivastava9587 do you see these certificates asked in your target job? if yes they help, if not than not, i am not sure if someone get increase in salary just because of certificate since i belive salary is a complex function of many variables
