There was so much value in this video that I was only taking notes through the whole video. A lot to learn and unpack. Thank you Amit for such great content. Hope Sunand brings you back again. Also the questions asked by Sunand also matched the frequency and knowledge level at which Amit operates. Very good session.
Wonderful session. There is a lot of genuine knowledge shared here without any holds. I like how Amit touched upon lot of subjective measures rather then objective metrices and was comfortable doing that. Lot of what happens in the team is often subjective (not spoken out but 'feel' things) and it's unfortunate that management wants to quantify everything and they expect the same from candidates when interviewing them. Thanks Sunand!
Thanks Mark 😊 you comments show the way you go through all our videos. Love to have a session with you .drop email sunandsharrma@gmail.com if you are interested 😀
@Careers talk, Do you have any video which explains how to measure maturity of your scrum team? If so can you please share the link because I am not able to find one.
there are lot of things involve to become coach. in fact SM itself is coach/facilitator/teacher/mentor . first Ask yourself did you master that craft as SM? is in your current role , you are doing that, and your cochees are happy with that? please watch our previous sessions on transition in detail. all the best . if you further need help, reach out to me

The questions are amazing but none of the answers are to the point. They seem super generic except the last question though he's a great speaker
Hi,
Can you suggest how to switch carrier From automation tester to Agile coach?
there are lot of things involve to become coach. in fact SM itself is coach/facilitator/teacher/mentor . first Ask yourself did you master that craft as SM? is in your current role , you are doing that, and your cochees are happy with that? please watch our previous sessions on transition in detail. all the best . if you further need help, reach out to me
The person gave very generic answers, didn't drill down..!
