Vriska does not care that much for Aradia any more and Aradia only beat her up do to the emotions from her robot body. Later you see versions of her from alternate timelines team up with Vriska in a fight just because they wanted a chance to beat the crap out of someone. *Edit* Well mostly do to the robot body. There was still the revenge but the later aggression she showed had little to do with left over anger at Vriska.
