Great pencils. I have had a small open stock set that has travelled Australia with me for over 30 years and I used them as pencils and never activated them until the Xmas before last I bought the full set with savings. I also treated myself to the lumys and lightfast and am totally spoilt for choice. If I had time to grab one set of pencils if the house was burning down it would be my albrecht druhers as they are so versatile. So great choice, new sub from Australia. Much love & *virtual hugs* xxx

I'm so glad to hear you also enjoy the Albrecht Durer pencils as much as I do. I believe they also match up with Faber Castells Polychromos set so you can use both together as a color system. Sorry for my delay in reply but I've been having some personal setbacks that have affected my ability to keep up the channel over the last few weeks. I will be resuming my usual 2 videos per week in the coming weeks ahead. Best Regards!

They most certainly do have the same colours and numbers as the polychromos which are awesome layering pencils. Can't wait until you are back posting content, I have sorely missed you. 💜💚💜

lOL, those boxes get handled rough and thrown about many times before they are delivered; You just happen to see an instance of it.

If you can afford to buy this set, then you can also afford to buy brushes separately

Hi there! You make a great point 120 pencils is alot of pencils. The reason I got the 120 set of Albrecht Durer watercolor pencils is because they are supposed to match the colors of the 120 Faber Castell Polychromos pencils. You may want to double check, but I'm pretty sure that Faber Castell implemented this color system throughout several lines of their products. This way I can enhance a watercolor pencil artwork with the Polychromos pencils. I will do a video on this in the future. I'm re-launching the channel tomorrow 1/20/23 Friday. Thank you for your comment and observations. I hope this helped answer your question. :)

@MyArtCube when you run with brush there will be no color similarity with polychromos. But there is spare pencils for each color this is a great. Good luck

Thank you for the insight. I didn't think about the dilution of the color. Good point. I will have to test the pencils more to see what they do in an upcoming video. Thank you again :-)
