I studied Chinese 4 years ago but I’m stuck at hsk 4 it’s just hard to remember all because I’m not always using it

I have the same problem with Spanish. I'm never using it and it's hard to advance.😅
Nevertheless, I think hsk4 it's already a good level as it allows you to start talking about simple stuff😊
