Not women, not different streets, just money. Whether you were from the Dubs to Sobrante park, Foothill, Bancroft, or E 1 4, it was just about money. The West had more people from the South (Louisiana, Mississippi) that's why the slang in the West always ended with "bo". That's like saying Oakland and Richmond was divided. Again, no one was divided unless it concerned money.
