- In this particular video we run down to Payson to do a few errands, then get back camp at the Mogollon Rim to find new loud neighbors and dark rain cloud.. I guess it's time to move! Welcome to my channel PandaMonium. My name is Ausia and my dog's name is Moo-moo... my rig is the Lucky Panda, a 28ft 2018 Coachmen Leprechaun towing a 2008 Chevy Colorado or sometimes a trailer and 2014 Can-Am Maverick 4 wheeler. I live full-time in a motorhome off the grid with 700ah of Battle Born lithium batteries and 950 watts of solar. My channel is about living and traveling in my RV to different locations across the U.S. with various friends that I call my tribe, where we camp, hike, bike, paddle board, 4 wheel, go to events and venues, eat at different restaurants and explore new places. Certain times of the year I'm at my homestead in Williams the high desert of Northern Arizona where we are working on projects, homesteading, gardening and try to practice permaculture and being off grid & self-reliant. Just wanting to be honest & open I am transgender and part of the LGBT community. I welcome anybody with an open mind and heart.

Stopped going camping years ago. People started bringing TVs, boom boxes and motor bikes to camp grounds that we used to go to for peace and quiet. If I wanted television and loud motors I would have stayed in the city. Guess I am just an old foggy.

I have camped in New Mexico but i don't believe in that area yet 🤔
The Old Country Inn in Pine has the BEST pizza on the Rim! If you haven't tried it yet, please do! You'll be pleasantly surprised!! Also, the La Sierra Mexican Restaurant in Payson is my personal favorite. It's in the same area as the laundry mat!

very similar, the difference is that pasties are baked in an oven or on a griddle (like english muffins) but in many countries, empanadas are fried in oil, or baked, or grilled. empanadas are popular in mexico and south america, and in the phillipines. fillings can be anything savory or sweet.

My daughter’s request every one of their Birthday’s that I have to make empanada’s aka pastellios. They are delicious, but the frying is a lot of work in cooking them. I have thought about trying to make them in an air fryer, but I haven’t braved the clean up challenge. Last week, I had a 3 day ✈️ trip and ended up with bruises from last week’s turbulence due to the rain storms that have been hitting all over. Stay Cool and Safe Travels.

In 2 wks we going to open up the pop-up and get everything ready to take great grandson on his 1st camping and fishing trip, and being in NW PA it's not too hot!!
And by then I will be done canning jams!! Yesterday and today was peaches!! 18 pts Jam and 16 Qts sliced!! Next wk we're going Blueberry picking and then a weekend of canning!! So I'm definitely looking forward to camping! Love your videos!!

Thanks for the tour! Beautiful country. It's so nice that you and Jeff can travel together, and your dogs get along so well. Some small dogs get snappy if other dogs impinge on their territory. The empanadas looked interesting but seemed small for the price. I'm sure they were probably tasty though. Have some fun and will see you in the next video.😁✌🤟

take your bad propane tanks to air gas or a regular propane dealer they will help you or exchange your tanks they have always treated us right

Gosh I sure was impressed with the Pie place. To bad they don't have one here. Yummy! So nice to see all the green trees riding along. There still many with out electricity still and know what that is like as after hurricane IKE I had no power for two weeks. My local land line doesn't work so I guess when AT&T comes out to hook their line up it will come on.

Oh Wow! There's still people without power after Hurricane Beryl? I know what that is like with having back to back hurricanes here in SW Louisiana in 2020. We also were without electric for 2 weeks. I'm so ready to move from here. I'm getting too old for this.

Do you keep the a/c on with a spare key for the canine kids? I've always wondered about when you have to get groceries, gas, et al.?
Sometime but mostly we park in the shade with the windows down, and usually one of us stays in the car with the pups unless we're going into a restaurant. Which then we try to goto dog friendly places that have outdoor seating 💺 😀 🐶♥️
I'm a solo nomad and if it's hot out, I order my groceries and then just pick them up at the appointed time.

I use a pair of gloves. When they put it on too tight. Yes they only need to use the bleeder valve that guy didn't know what he was doing. I used to fill tanks. But ts likes to put it on tight. Doesn't his RV have a refrigerator for your milk. Or you could carry a bag to put ice in for the cold stuff.
I use this for all my tanks and I pay cash so I go in and pay and get a code.

I trade In my tanks every 6 months. That one tank you have looks pretty old.

Doesn’t your rig have a built in propane tank?
Yes...but it's much easier to throw the extend-a-stay tank in the truck when headed into town, rather than packing up and driving my whole rv into town, especially when you are parked far out of town. That is the reason the unit was created for convenience 😊👍

I don't enjoy camping much anymore, mostly due to the change of character of campers. Whereas it used to be a like-minded, courteous, respectful, quiet, nature-loving bunch, now it's just morons bringing everything they have/do in the city out to nature and destroying the sanctitude of the great outdoors. Loud TVs and radios, clomping about (especially through other peoples' campsites), loud morning clanging and banging of pots and pans, loud voices at any and all hours, etc. And that's just a partial list. I wish there were campsites for REAL campers and sites for wannabees. Leave all the city crap - including your behavior - at home and just come for the peace, quiet and nature. You can be in a motorhome or any glamp-mobile and remain a real camper. It all depends on your behavior.

Hi Ausia, great video, Mahalo for sharing. Have you ever weighed your bottles that you trade in. I've noticed bottles at walmart are lighter than the ones you get filled yourself.
