Chow did a great job today! It was so interesting to see the different protocols/equipment/training firefighters and paramedics have to go through. So cool to see how advanced their equipment are 😮 Shoutout to their hard work for keeping us safe! Gwen and Won Tae were also great instructors - loved the mix of training, banters, and laughs throughout!!

It's not easy to become firefighters or paramedics. It's both physically tiring, and even mentally draining. But what keeps all the personnel going is the passion to save lives. That's why SCDF is a life-saving force...

Because there were a few accidents involving NSFs i believe so they had to change to slides which ofc is slower but understandable given the public scrutiny over accidents
