Great idea with the construction! Small tips when working with aluminium: -when drilling use isopropyl alchohol so it does not stick to drill bit, it will also cool the tip -when cutting with saw you can coat blade with regular hard soap so it does not stick, this also works when using thin angle grinder disc
its a great work of art sir, i am looking for a mini itx open air case for a long time but nothing catches my eyes and then i see this and this is perfect for my small setup. sir i want to build this frame but i dont have that much of software expertise so if you could share the 2d blueprint files of this frame then i will very greatful to you.
