Today in indian recipes tamil we have brought an easy recipe of how to make brownie recipe in Tamil. There are two types of brownies. Today we are going to make fudgy brownies. In future I will share the recipe for cakey brownies. This fudge chocolate brownie recipe is very easy to make. Brownie is a chewy version of normal sponge cake. This recipe can also be made in pressure cooker or kadai and for your reference i share those videos below.
My preferred way of eating the brownies is to add some chocolate ganache on the top and enjoy. You can also enjoy this brownie with ice cream.. I followed the exact same measurements. But my batter is not as thick as yours. It's like semi liquid consistency. Why?
