After four long years, I finally present to you… The Pompeii Spyro MAP! This has been a long time coming, and I’m SO bloody proud of everyone who took part! Here’s hoping we’ll get some official Spyro news in the future :D
The Classic Spyro trilogy (and A Hero’s Tail) were a massive inspiration for my art journey, and I’m delighted to give something so cool to the community! While I probably won’t be hosting a similar project in the future, do look out on my channel - I intend to create some more less-intensive Spyro content this year!

I really like the idea of the universes being connected and Cynder, Bianca, Spyro, Elora and Hunter all hanging out. It warms my heart

I don't know anything about spyro lore but this is super sick! Everyone's parts look great, and I really love how you kept this map going after years

Got back into Spyro and I’m crying watching this because it was the first game I ever played… it feels so nostalgic
That first Elder Red part was perfect
Spyro trying to catch the dragonfly with his bubble breath on “how am I gonna be an optimist about this?” made me laugh lmao
But omg this whole thing is gorgeous, you all did such an amazing job ;o;
I also like that the song is playing too. And that song was part of my childhood.

I never played any spyro games but i know all every games story from OG spyro to legend and skylanders i guess idk why I'm excited to see more spyro content and art so i heard a another spyro map after castle of the hill is complete i just wanted say thank you misty and all of the participants every part is breathtaking and phenomenal, my day will never be completed if i don't watch this MAP

Amazing work everyone, I particularly like Space Sheep's part; that transition from Spyro fighting Dark Cynder to them rolling together play-fighting is so wholesome. All these mixes of Classic and Legends characters together, heroes and villains alike, are great; BlazetheFireDragon and yourself make Cynder fit so well into the Reignited gang.
Spyro has gone in some wierd directions during his lifetime, but I'm glad a fanbase that can make wonderful things like this is alive and thriving in spite of that.

I just got into Spyro and goddamn, I’m instantly a fan. These animations were fantastic. Especially the ones involving Spyro and Cynder. She really needs to be introduced in Spyro 4.

I especially love the variety of moments that are shown throughout this MAP. The Spyro series has a lot of iconic moments, and I think every single one was shown here in this MAP. Bravo to all the artists and animators!!!! The Spyro community is blessed to have such talented artists!! 😄

That's 3 now, we are now up to spyro MAPS!, this is awesome.
So I've noticed some controversy about producing Spyro content lately due to what's come out about Activision and Blizzard, and would like to make a little statement here:
I have not ever and will not ever condone the actions of this company, both in this case and with some of the awful shit they've pulled previously. I would recommend only buying their games second hand so they do not profit from your purchase. I will be delaying some future Spyro content I was producing until later in the year or next year. The lives of the people affected by this companies neglect and abuse are much more important.

The video turned out spectacular! The fact that each scene was dedicated to the part being sang during the song made the feels roll in too, fantastic job on capturing the emotion with the characters, gave me goosebumps watching!!

I still remember when this was announced the first time! I was so excited to see it complete and finally after so long it is here!
I really love and admire how everyone did a wonderful job with their parts, telling a lot of Spyro's story in the Original and Legend timeline! Showing both Spyro's allies and enemies! Also that there was balance in both Spyro The Dragon and The Legend of Spyro games! Glad that characters like Red are still remembered, and Cynder is still vibrant in the heart of the fans!
The song was a great choice for this MAP as the song matches with all the moments of it!
I just love it so much! There is so much love, care, dedication and pure fascination here that can make a Spyro fan shed tears of joy. :')

I grew up with the original trilogy as a main game source (Top notch graphics 1990s) lol and the secondary trilogy for the Ps2 aswell (minus enter the dragonfly that sucked) and its awesome to see a map about em!
