Well Terada did state they were planning to make the final OG game but due to COVID they had to put it off and focus on SRW 30 and SRW DD. But given that over the last year or so DD has had events that provide little stories on what happened in the OG verse after Moon Dwellers it is highly likely that they are making the final OG game.
Why the ungodly hell would Keysar be the last boss? The literal only time an OG game has ended with a final boss that wasn't new for OG, it was OGG, wherein the final boss was a fucking joke after the immediately preceding boss who was new for OG.
