Ah I remember this fight from SRW J. Gu-Landon was tough for the majority of my units to take on, though luckily a fully upgraded Mazinkaiser was able to put him in his place :)
Oooo~! This is one heck of a battle with the Fury. Kinda wondering why characters aren't chatting up the foes as much here though, I'd have expected a few to say something or other by now... Granted, seeing Shu and Tetsuya commenting on the Zui-Gadin's lack of power humorously makes up for it. And good grief, this battle seems less grindy without the infinitely spawning enemies and 4 Miniboss Generators, but Gu-Landon coming after Kalo-Ran and boosting themselves time and again is sure making it look like a nerve-wrecking stage regardless.
The one gripe I have with the OG games is that most characters never has anything to say when fighting bosses, even final ones. But yeah, Zui-Gadin as a semi-final boss is a refresh change, seeing its that its literally just a beefed up Raftclans and not some demigod who can destroy universes.
MacroniDude Well, if I recall correctly, in the old version it was supposed to be an ancient "Mobile Fortress" with the Granteed being the newer model. The roles seemed to have changed this time around as to who came first, but I think the Ziu-Gadin is still a huge mech here as well; That ultimate attack with all the Orgone Raftclans around it certainly gives it an imposing presence, no?
Sadly without hp regen bellzelute and ing mech can easily solo him or wear him down and finish him with other units to kill him even faster ..... that was with upgrade run yes , i dont know about ex hard mode though

I swear I’m glad that shu is a hero!
He would actually fit as a enemy with these moves.
Some of them are crazy!
