Thank you Robert but there's one thing I wish you could change. The ads in the video is so distracting while meditating. So my eyes were closed and I was visualizing myself in a theater and boom an ad showed up and I had to open my eyes and skip it 😅

This actually made me cry. My person was recently in Africa for four weeks and there were times that we weren't able to talk to each other on the phone at all because communication over there was so bad. But when we finally did talk we found that there were times. Though we were 9 hours apart, there were times that he would be having a waking dream about me while I was sleeping and we would both be thinking and dreaming the same thing and we felt like we were with each other physically. It was very intense. It happened many times. I like this technique and I'm going to be using it because sometimes he's not the best communicator in the 3D.
