This game is one giant anime reference. LOL The Goomba was a reference to Fist of the North Star. The Koopa was the Akatsuki from Naruto. The Pokey appeared to be inspired by Buggy the Clown from One Piece (which if you haven't seen the Netflix show yet, he steals the show.)

I can't imagine a part 2 of this game with others stronger mario ennemies. Lakitu, bloops, hammer bros, boo and the others koopalings, that would be impossible.

What my observations tell me, is that when you are standing on a pipe that leads to a level, the ghostly figure shows what the final boss is going to be Pipe 1: Macho Goomba Pipe 2: Macho Koopa
Given how the game looks the Arms states are Flesh (/or Brown) is decoration and not a threat. But when the arms are Red is a Hit (/or attack) state. Hope this helps clear things up.
So the joke for the second boss (Koopa) is he's cosplaying as a member of the Akatsuki from Naruto (Ninja Anime) , and they do a lot of hand signs/techniques in the show (like the mist/fog jutsu he uses in the battle, you can see it when he does the changing fingers/two finger pose) , so in essence he is a "Ninja Turtle", and so he calls on other Ninja Turtles albeit from a different franchise So you get that mix of Mario Koopa Turtle mixed with Naruto Ninja techniques/attacks and the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles as the cavalry
the first boss is Netero from Hunter X Hunter, 2nd you got Akatsuki from Naruto and he summons his Ninja Brethren the TMNT, the third is from One Piece I believe and im not sure the 4th yet but I love it
the bosses in this look so brutal it reminds me of a game called rabi ribi. Bosses that feel unfair but you just need to learn patterns and pratice them
And the fart sound effect is from boom slingers a very fun mobile game that I play a lot basically fun game where you use cards to shoot other players Andy and the other players can shoot you if different cards in different abilities and characters boom Slingers is a fun game for mobile and I recommend you play it
Could you imagine if they had these enemies in Super Mario for real? This could have been a game changer! And Lair would be proud of you for getting all those 50 coin coins!
