You give the correct method. Using something under the hands is very smart as well. I started with a carpeted surface, then hardwood, up to the sidewalk. Keeping the fingers bent is the way to the true results.
@@fenxxs7515 Yeah, I've been noticing it's a lot slower than normal pushups. I sprained my thumb doing them last week too, so that'll slow it down even more. Oh well. No pain no gain.
it's because you lack resilience/endurance, you need to conditiom your fingers for being able to do these first some things need to be built up from the rubble while others need to be destroyed, to rebuild into and make something better/greater.
I can do 7 without any training, perhaps having lean muscle mass helps, but fingers feel sore for a minute afterwards. I would love to see roided guys in gym trying this.
@@colossusofrhodes1282 Im saying it doesn’t matter how low you put it just depends on how you move your knees while cycling the machine, should be obvious

didn't knew I could do those until I tried it. it's crazy how strong our body can get
and someone like me needs to start with wall pushups or static holds or doing static holds\pushups on elevated surface
We all start at 0
That's where I started as well. From wall pushups. Though now I can do +30 normal pushups.
I have been doing this my whole life
Lots of love from India... It is help me alot in beginning...
Thank you Ryan❤❤❤❤❤❤
do you get thicker fingers from doing these?
I would say so. His fingers looks thick considering his skinny frame.
@John6yt
Very funny, dude's just asking a question and you bring up those shit. Shut the hell up boomer.
@@ary0430 what'd he say
I've been doing them for a while and personally my fingers are not thicker
I don't think so since there are no muscles in the fingers
This is so difficult for me 😮
Love it.
I can't do them even on my Knees. Is there anything else I can substitute for it thank you.
Use the walls. You can adjust the intensity by the angle you do them.
On the wall
Good stuff brotha✋🏽✋🏽
How long does it take to get to 60-100 fingertip pushups when my max is 22?
depends the way you train, but probably gonna take more than 3 months

Have you guys noticed any grip strength increase from doing these?
@@liammorgans7329 I would do dead hangs for grip
bollocks.
Bro I don't get how anyone has the strength for this, my fingers slide when i try and do these
i know what you mean man, if i find a way how to do this i will return here and tell you if i remember
I just found out i could do this. Its much easier than i thought
Its easy bruv I have an advice start with fingertip wall pushups for step by step progression
@@GuizeuoiqU found it bruh? tell us if u do

My hand is thin can these pushups make them look thicker and more big??
@ZeNioN no
Do knuckle push ups or pull ups
If you jerk off enough, maybe... Just remember to switch hands

Hi :)
I am looking for something for a guitarist,
strong and healthy wrists and fingers, especially the smallest one.
Yes
Also eat a lot
This will help you out, but also practicing through the pain is also beneficia
If you think guitar playingis painless think again
Guitar playing will give you skin of steel 😂
This hurt my fingers

Nice. But what do you weigh? 98 lbs? 🤣😁
Great job, though!
