    Gentlemen, please do a video explaining the Sadowsky preamp that has the mid-boost switch (the four DIP switches, the two trim pots, etc). Thank you.

      Hi there, Lars Lehmann explains it in our Sadowsky Will Lee model demo. You can find it here: ruclips.net/video/dSzA8W9HYAY/видео.html

    I have an older Sadowsky J-bass, USA, 4 string. Can I add the Vintage tone control. Will it fit in the original cavity?

    • @SadowskyInstrumentsOfficial
      @SadowskyInstrumentsOfficial  2 года назад

      Thanks for the question! Yes, the sizes of the cavities haven't changed much and it should fit the original compartment.

    Great seeing these electronics.
    Can you fit sadowsky jazz style pickups on a warwick thumb. Saw another video with the MM style and J sadowsky with series , parallel switch.
    Would be a cool mod

      Hi there! Generally yes. The Size of the pickup is working on both 4 and 5-string models. The only problem is for the 5-string that the string spacing on a Sadowsky is wider than on a Warwick.

    Do the metro express basses come with the same pickups (JJ) as the other models, or should I order upgrade pickups along with the preamp upgrade? Thanks for offering an affordable left handed 5 string JBass 🙌

    • @SadowskyInstrumentsOfficial
      @SadowskyInstrumentsOfficial  Год назад +1

      Hi Daniel! The pickups are the same in design, but the MetroLine's pickups are of higher quality. If you wish the pure sound then you should order the Sadowsky pickups. But it's best to try a MetroLine first at a local dealer before you decide. You can order Sadowsky pickups here: shop.warwick.de/de/brands/sadowsky-pickups

    Hello fellas, is there a way to adjust the ranges on the onboard preamp?

    • @SadowskyInstrumentsOfficial
      @SadowskyInstrumentsOfficial  Год назад

      Hi there! The Sadowsky Will Lee Preamp features more possibilities to adjust certain frequencies. You can find it in the Will Lee model itself or in our Single Cut models. To learn more about that version of the Sadowsky preamp, watch this video: ruclips.net/video/dSzA8W9HYAY/видео.html

    So the pickups from Germany are different to the NYC? Look great that material…also like the adjustable nut, is it from bone? Considering a german Sad…

      The Sadowsky Just-A-Nut III is made from an artificial compound called white Tedur. We will post a video this friday where we showcase the Just-A-Nut III in detail, along with a guide on how to do a setup on a Sadowsky bass.

      @@SadowskyInstrumentsOfficial thank you…what about the pickups? Are those the same as in a NYC?

    • @SadowskyInstrumentsOfficial
      @SadowskyInstrumentsOfficial  2 года назад +1

      The pickups are made with the same specs, wire and magnets as the NYC Sadowskys. They are approved by Roger Sadowsky but made by Warwick.

      @@SadowskyInstrumentsOfficial ok, cover material seems different. How can one order from the Custom Shop, assuming I’m in Mexico. I own NYC basses, but I’m thinking in acquiring a German Sadowsky.

    • @SadowskyInstrumentsOfficial
      @SadowskyInstrumentsOfficial  2 года назад +1

      Yes, the german made Sadowskys feature the so called Soft Touch covers. If you want to order a german made Sadowsky or have more detailed questions, you can head over to shop.warwick.de or specific for custom shop instruments shop.warwick.de/en/instruments/electric-basses/sadowsky-custom-shop (shipping is world wide and you can switch the page's language to english) or send a direct request to info@sadowsky.de or info@warwick.de
      Hope we could help.

    Really disappointed with the retro kit. Thought it would be easy to install but was not. The tone por needs to be assembled. This kit feels like I could just buy everything separately. And also feels like I am paying extra for a box the says Sadowsky on it smh

      We're really sorry you are disappointed and that there has been frustration with the installation! Be sure your feedback will be taken as constructive input for us to improve on our products. There will be complete video guides on how to retrofit a Sadowsky MetroExpress or non-Sadowsky bass with our preamp kit soon on this channel. We know this is not an easy task for everyone, but we want to give people the chance to be able to upgrade their already owned instruments with our Sadowsky preamp as a retrofit kit. We highly recommend letting a guitar tech do the installation if you don't really feel comfortable doing it on your own.
