I had this Tracker fitted when I first bought my camper van and last year I had the Alarm fitted too. The system is excellent and they phone you even you have accidentally triggered it. The app is brilliant too.Just remember to put your van in service mode when it goes for its checks. Kat don’t worry I’ve set mine off accidentally a few times. I’d highly recommend it. 👍👍
We cannot recommend this company enough. We had one fitted in our first vehicle and now in our latest. Like you I think the call centre must have been frustrated, as we also kept forgetting to turn it off 😂 They also rang us after we left the Euro Tunnel to confirm that everything was OK 👍

Thanks Kat - in the process of moving up from campervan to motorhome and had discovered ‘Phantom’ on RUclips, so this update has been really helpful (and reassuring!).
Thanks for the review, we a tracker fitted to our Motorhome and cannot fault the service we have had, very good indeed.

We have it on our van and it’s very good, also great service from the call centre 10/10
Very timely vlog with a new delivery around the corner.I think I'll be going with their Ultimate tracker but with a Vanbitz alarm as an optimised solution and then add some physical devices like a Disklok and reverse and then lock the drivers seat.
We have had the ultimate tracker/alarm for 2 years now - I can confirm it is really good and once you get your head around the immobiliser/driver recognition we have not accidentally set it off for months! The app also shows your Van battery condition and how many miles you do each month, AND you can remotely lock or unlock your motorhome, so if you can’t remember if you locked it just a quick look in the app and it will tell you. Very reassuring. What’s not to like!
It is not until you get your motorhome stolen (like we did some years ago) that you realise how important a tracker. good alarm & other security devices are ! Some people might say that we go over the top, ours has just about every possible security device, but the mental stress caused by having your pride & joy stolen is immense.

Hello Kat, great that you are testing and reviewing this, it’s the one we have (only tracker not alarm).
Maybe you could do a vid of how to use the app? I’m new to motorhoming and finding the app reassuring. We just put our van into storage and helps me with battery anxiety, always worrying if the leisure battery will run out - the app does you a daily voltage update.
Yup I'd benefit from a walk through of the app as I wasn't present when the tracker was installed a few days ago prior to collection.Although it seems pretty straightforward, I might be missing something.There seem to be different versions of the app too?
It's a shame we have to add these systems to our vehicles. I have a separate Thatcham alarm and tracker system, with geofences that messages me if the vehicle moves in or out of that area, plus monitors the battery.
I think the manufacturers should fit these as standard.
As good as these electronic devices may be always remember electronics can be hacked, we have an alarm on our motorhome similar, but just as another measure i paid a guy £30 to fit a switch that is hidden - and you can have it anywhere in the van that is rigged to the ignition, so even if they get past the alarm system they still wont be able to start it, the only way they can take it away is if its towed - cant beat the old ways, simpler and cheaper
Wow amazing this is just what am looking for I have got the motor home show at nec October is that where you spoke to them kat??? So on edge having ours on drive I just want decent one and peace of mind are these insurance approved ???
They are.Your insurance company will tell you which level of cover you need e.g S5 or S7
