my last few BJD (ball jointed doll) makeup looks haven't been as intricate or dare I say interesting, so I wanted to find a more complicated design to replicate. so that's why i chose this BJD faceup for.
i replicated the tiara-like design on my forehead, and represented the horn on its forehead with a teardrop shape. then i wanted to do something different with the nose, so i went with a different design, covering any orange areas with white designs. i also didn't want to do the same gradient lips again, so I kept it simple by darkening the top and bottom edge of my lips only.
i'm also wearing horns because i made them a while ago and thought it would pair well with this BJD faceup but uhhh...maybe next time i should check if they're the same length.
the lashes are custom made! I took Eylure Grand Glamour lashes and placed curled pieces of black paper on top. i've been doing this trick for over a year now; watch the video below if you want to see how i make them:

also i placed gems on the ends of the paper lashes to cause it to cascade down my eyes. it feels really strange to wear but i like the effect it creates :3
