    Very informative and interesting build. Im building the old revell kit in a desert scheme for a group build. A desert storm group build. Question: for a desert hawk is the interior still painted in the same color? Black for the cockpit and gray for the rest of the interior?

      The exterior of this aircraft will be painted in the Korean Fire Department 119 helicopter version! We plan to remodel the interior instrument panel from the existing analog instrument panel to an LED digital instrument panel by printing it on decal paper and attaching it to the surface of the instrument panel! 2:43

    What's with the rubic's cube on the helicopter at 8:53? lol. Another great video btw. Helicopters are magic.

      That’s the AN/ALQ-144 infrared jammer. I have no idea how it works, but every manual I found made it pretty clear that if you stand next to it while it’s running, it will cook you from the inside out.

    Believe it or not. The H-60 is not that bad. Also the Homing antennas behind the Pilot doors are no longer used, as they have been replaced with GPS.
    the pilot seating area is ALL flat black. The ceiling is more of a grey/green.
    The Pax seats are arranged (back to front) 4-4-3.
    The garbage under the sliding cowling are flight controls Boost servos, Mixer unit, Primary Servos. The two generators, and three hydraulic pumps (one is operated by an electrical motor).

      I bought this one at Hobby Lobby a few years ago. The finished length is 10-12 inches, but it’s quite narrow so its footprint is on the small side.

    Hello sir, what tools do you need for this kit?

    • @ZTEWorks
      @ZTEWorks  3 года назад +1

      Standard modeling tools:
      -Hobby knife
      -Abrasives, like sandpaper
      -Plastic cement
      -Paint and primer
      I bought a cosmetic nail kit from Walgreens that had some nippers, nail files, and polishing blocks. Great little kit if you’ve got access.

    • @ZTEWorks

      I’m not sure. A brief look through Scalemates didn’t turn anything up in 1/72, but I’m sure there are some aftermarket upgrades.
