I have a question about the HID's. I ordered a pair of those aftermarket headlights for my 06 eclipse. I also ordered a few different pairs of H1 HID kits for the projectors. Neither kit came with the plastic housing to connect the HID kit to the factory wiring harness. I've been informed by one of the ebay sellers that they currently don't make a housing for H1 bulbs to fit my car. Is this true? Have you installed a set of HID's on a 06 model eclipse and if so what did you have to do to make them work? If you can help me out I'd really appreciate it.

I have a question I did this exact procedure to my 4G GT eclipse and I cant have the the my halo rings on without the daytime running light. my objective is to just have my halo rings one without the daytime running light. like you did when you turned on accessorie mode.
I got an 07 Galant a few weeks back, I did as you had suggested/instructed and it works, the problem is I think I pushed the pin to far down to where it turned off the regular headlight part. So all I'm left with is the side lights and the High beams, and suggestions to help get it back to using the headlights normally? ?
How do yall adjust the spec d projector headlight in our 4g eclipses because the adjusters.are in awkward hard to reach place. The only way is to adjust with bumper off.but u can't get it just right

Silly question brother. Tried to write email but says your no longer with them. Anywho, have a 4g with these headlights. Would like to put in my rbg Bluetooth LEDs in the projectors. Would the headlights have to be removed in order to put them in? Also once in do I still need to use the rubber boot/dust cap? Thank you In advanced my friend
yeah i would definitely remove the lights to work on them. It will be much easier to work on them off the vehicle. If you watch my headlight install video that will show you how to remove the lights.

I know this is an old video, but when I did this on my 2012 eclipse someone I knocked out all my lights plus my radio. I did exactly what he did. When I turn my car on my headlights no longer work at all and my radio is completely dead. Anyone have any idea why?
No it's not normal. I have a 08 Eclipse Spyder GS and mine has never made any kind of noise like that. That sound usually indicates the starter going bad.
Does this actually work because my problem with this video is that he turned the car on and no daytime light but the daytime running lights in my 2011 don’t turn on until I put the car in drive so that video really didn’t show me anything because he didn’t put the car in drive and I don’t want to ruin her.

The 2011 eclipse gs sport box is actually facing the other way as compared to this video it shows the text on the box facing the drivers side, but on the gs sport 2011 the text is facing the passenger side. So you probably did the wrong pin

It's super easy. you just remove the front panel, remove 4 bolts and pull the radio out and there's a plug you pull out and the paperwork that comes with the kit had clear instructions on where to insert the wires. Only took an hour or less to do.
you may not have foglights..... if your car did not come factory equipped you wont have a switch for fog lights, not sure what that has to do with this video though

This worked for my Endeavor 05. I did not push down the pin plug, I just used a electrical tape to cover the pin connector with it and worked fine!!

Just got done doing this on my 2005 Mitsubishi Endeavor. Bending the pain was much easier and you can always bend it back.

What type of fog lights do u have in yours,, i want to. Installthe same ones in my 07 eclipse
ive heard of some issues with it, best thing i can say is to bend it and try it, ive heard sometime it stops your windows from working in the 09+

if you have HID's installed you can cause "flickering" which will burn your ballasts out immediately
yes you can bend it! if you cut it you lose it forever though :(

it shouldn't have any correlation with the battery, but maybe check to make sure your terminals are tight.

Drls are factory and are operational from the factory. This will need to be done to disable them

It's possible you blew your fuses if you didn't disconnect your battery first. That shouldn't happen for you. You did something wrong lol

make sure the ecu is plugged back in correctly, you may have don the wrong pin or one of the other pins may not being getting connection.

try and bend the pin before cutting it :) just bend it out of the way of the insert then put the ecu back in, that should do it for you :)

you may not have foglights..... if your car did not come factory equipped you wont have a switch for fog lights, not sure what that has to do with this video though
