How to Fail at Spiritual Disciplines Again

In the New Year we are challenged to have resolve and set lofty goals physically, financially, and spiritually. But you've tried it before . . . are you ready to fail again?
Jesus gives us some surprising insight in Matthew 11:29-30 of why we fail at spiritual disciplines. He says our discipleship should be a burden that is easy, light and that in Him you will find rest for your souls. If we learn where we fail we can learn from Christ how to find this refreshing rest for our souls that only He can give.
