i was doing my daily one hour of yoga today and decided to play the acne frequencies. well then this happened. time seemed to stop and i felt more supple than usual -- WOW. i then went into the bathroom to look at my acne. the small acne patch on my forehead looked much better and the large acne was certainly improved BUT my eyes were on fire with a lovely light i had not seen before. this is day one but if this keeps up i will be listening to this long after my acne goes !!!

@@btsgirl6099 adapalene gel will help to reduce scar overtime. Vitamin c helps to reduce pigmentation . If this feels expensive you can switch to acetic acid cream it is light and not very abrasive . Using this will help fading out scar overtime 6-8 months. Do not use it if you are allergic to any of this products also don’t mix this product with anything else . Moisture and apply sunscreen on daily basis. This works for me . As it was my dermatologist suggestion. But with every individual things may change

Listen to it at low volume(or even with headphones) drink lots of water. You can listen to the whole thing if you want. Guess it can work for you since the video doesnt refer to any particular kind of acne
Oh and id suggest to listen to it twice a day or so. (AGAIN I am NOT an expert)

If you have any scabs, I recommend using vaseline and massaging your face! The vaseline removes the scars by lubricating the skin and gently removing it. Takes afew days tho. OH and please please please use your favourite moisturiser underneath because vaseline is non-comodegenic, so you want something that will loosen the scars and through the skin.
Less than a minute in, and my face is tingling and tightening. I will update to tell y'all if this works.(I have mild hormonal cyctic acne, blackheads, small and large whiteheads, and acne scarring if it matters)
