It's with this kind of videos that you learn how competition doesn't always mean that rivalry is going to kill the mood... Seems that it almost can improve it! It even can improve marks and results!
quite enjoying the behind the scene stuff, but man sometimes it seems the camera crew are just annoying too, the athletes just wanna chill and warm up or relax, but the camera is always there, almost seems like a reality show. Josh bridges seems to love and enjoying it though!

***** I'm not trying to take away from how hard these guys and girls work but there's a lot of 'supplements' going on behind the scenes to make them jacked. At least body builders are more honest about it.

r3negade47 actually if you watch a lot of crossfire videos you'd see that they all say they use some supplement cause most are sponsored by one.
***** doing crossfit alone won't get you jacked theirs a lot of power lifting, olympic weight lifting, cardio workouts, etc involved crossfire is just a small part of the whole work out process

nonayou damnbusiness they do... but why do it stricter.. these are ultimate athletes.. dont you find it interesting to watch them complete three events a day, and complete each workout quicker than anyone who would just do one could do

Do all the cross fitters have extremely good lookin bodies because of their crossfit routines or they do body-building on the side. Coz They are all so jacked up and shredded at the same time that makes me wonder how are they so fit as well as have such aesthetic bodies at the same time.

But that's more than a 'decent' body. If they weren't cross fitters, they would be labelled as steroid users right away 'coz my God, look at their bodies! So much muscle, almost non-existent fat!

renaissancemen1 they do. But their test are silly and it's actually an IQ test. That means, you're only reproved if you're dumb. You can't do crossfit without the juice. You need a MONSTER RECOVERY. There is a very good article about it written by Joe Romano, I think.
His position work wise is not at all about his body. That's like saying the best coaches would look like athletes, they're mind is what guides their job not their looks.
