How did you rate your time / experience in Mongolia and climbing Mt Khuiten, compared to all your other travels and climbs round the world? I’m thinking of doing a similar trip, but I’m torn between it and other mountaineering trips, so I’d be interested to know what you thought of the experience.
@@MountainsOfTravel Why do you say that / what’s your reason for thinking that? Is it because you thought the climbing / mountaineering itself wasn’t that good, and it was the cultural experience, etc that actually made the trip? Apologies for all the questions!
What was the distance to the summit from the base camp?
Base camp 3100m to 4030m

I loved it - the different cultures and experience. But I would say that this should be done after you have climbed in other areas first
