Things Needed
~~~~~~~~~~~~
Conch
Coconut milk
Curry powder
Garlic cloves
Bay leaf
Onion
Thyme
Scallion
Potatoes(cut in cubes)
Seasons of choice
clean conch and cut in small pieces rinse with vinegar them boiled with garlic and bay leaf cook for 30-35 minutes
minced onion garlic hot pepper thyme scallion
Potato peel and cut cubes
Coconut milk tin or fresh
add a bit of oil to sautee the fresh seasons then add the curry the burn or toast then add the coconut milk and potatoes add seasons of choice also add the conch then let it simmer adjust taste if needed .
