Everytime I feel a bit down, all I have to do is watch one of your videos and I feel happy again. Thanks for all the hard work you put into these, Geoff! You make a lot of us smile.
What a cool exploration video, that boat ride looked a bit intense!! Thanks Geoff, I really enjoy your movies, and I love the way you interact with everyone around you!! Always good for a smile!!
I was never in Thailand but would LOVE to visit ... I traveled to Brazil, in Rio, and it was not safe. Me and my friends carried knives with us at all time for protection. But Asian people are much better type of people... So it was nice to see. I much admire the Asian Cultures and Beautiful Land!
I know it's tough filming like you do Geoff but I enjoyed your words in the the first 4 mins that would have stopped me in my tracks...Keep up the good work...Grand Job and Thanks!
"Moochin'" is right, Geoff. Never knew it had a name! Just cruisin' around, letting life unfold as it wants to... "I've got nothing to do and all day to do it"! Cheers, matey.... 👌 😆
Excellent video Geoff and its amazing what you can see while walking about Bangkok, hope you have not got Thailand blues its what I get for a month after returning from LOS. Many thanks Geoff.
Great vlog Geoff.....everyone loves the camera, well almost. Pity your back in the UK going to miss your style. Until next time all the best and thanks.
Great videos over the past 6 weeks or so - I am gutted you're are back home, I am going to miss your intrepid adventures! Really well done matey and if the mood takes your fancy, I think many of your subscribers would be interested in your reflections of your holiday and time in Koh Samui. And when are you back next? We need our Geoff Carter fix! Chang Dadda Chang Chang matey!
great video! I have made the trip from Soi 4 down that Klong on the boat hundreds of times! The change of boats is at Central by Pratunam and at the end it lets you off and you are 3 minutes away from Kho Sarn Road if you go straight.. However, keep the water out of your mouth and eyes on those rides...its not clean.. Just love these videos Geoff..
Getting lost is my travel expertise. But pleasant discoveries sometimes. I need some of Geoff's bright attitude. Especially when traveling solo. Robert Burnett.
Yet another great video Geoff, what a character you are! We fly to Bangkok on Thursday, 4 nights there and then to Phuket. We have been watching your videos and got some brilliant tips, we have learnt so much from them even though we have been before. Take care. Wow fantastic!
Carters Tours.....Great vlog as always ...I missed you when I was over in October im back in march if your around.Shame about hooters bar I use to sit in there before it was hooters it was a great place to people watch ..keep em coming
Geoff loved the video. It makes sense to get lost and have an adventure and like you say if you do get lost it is only a few quid to get back to your hotel. MORE China town please - street food is amazing - only 16 weeks before I am back in Pattaya :-)Keep up the terrific work
That was a wonderful format, just go where the wind takes you and being Bangkok Thailand you are bound to see something interesting no matter where you land. Good to see some other parts of the city away from Sukhumvit. Back to the UK to save up for the next trip.
hi Geoff, not too many smiles in the land of a thousand smiles, huh! nothing have changed since the last time i visited bkk, boring and dirty during the day, but it's all a different story when the night falls and the neon lighting transforms ugliness into beauty -:) ah, what would this city be without its nights! i´ll miss your vlog but it's a good thing having you back home, thus when you travel to thailand, your images and comments will be those of a tourist - like the majority of your viewers - rather than the somewhat jaded comments of the expats living there. eventually i can't forget the image of this monk (21:55) walking at the market like a boxer! most of those religious men would walk "quietly", with humility, kind of.thanks Geoff and bye for now!
Fantastic video Geoff I will be there in only 23 days, I cannot wait to see BKK again and I'm gonna do the same as you and try to get lost on the Klong Taxi.
You could see the Golden mountain temple high up in the background when you got off the last boat. It is a nice place to visit for a bird's eye view of Bangkok.
Nice one Geoff , that takes me back a bit , i remember the first trip to Bangers i went to china town and spent all day walking around it was a mesmerizing experience and all the different aromas from the food and spices on sale , fantastic , i also went on that river taxi thing and i could not believe the speed that they went up and down the rivers , remarkable.....i suppose your back home now in the cold wet north west , anyway thanks for some great vids on this last trip Geoff and hurry up back there mate..... : )
Hi Geoff, just back from Pattaya, my first visit to Thailand. Just wanted to say thanks for all the great vids. Really helped me out. I'll be back again soon. Ps I can't believe ur that bloke off Blind Date, I remember that episode from when I was a kid! All the best mate :-)

If you wanted to know what happened to The Fast Show's 'Brilliant' twenty years on... well, he is walking around Bangkok and district! Loving the channel, Geoff - keep it up!
Smashin', super, great love that you just jumped on a boat not knowing where it was going. You should try Kao San Road full of backpackers and stalls and very very busy. See you are back home so maybe next time. Couldnt believe how much things have gone up too. I will have to take some extra baht with us when we go in a few weeks.
Oops Geoff,a little bit of the sweet and sour nature with some of the people in China town mate, but if you think they all work very long hours everyday ,just to be expected first thing in the morning.another great vid Geoff, liked the canal boats ,must have reminded you of Manchester .
Cool vid GC. I'm in Bangkok now. Had dinner last night at the Swan Restaurant on Soi 4 right where your vid started. Agree that Hooters is really not needed in Bangkok, considering they also have one on Soi 15. You should do a vid of the wet market during your next trip back to Bangkok....if you have not done already. Looks like you just missed Chinese New Year which was a great time this past Monday. Definitely do future update vids a few weeks before you return to Thailand. I know people would like to know when you will visit again!
Geoff, thanks for the hard work on the filming. I had a great trip back in middle January of 2016. It was 5 days in Pattaya that is always a blast, and 5 days in Siam Reap Cambodia. I plan on heading back to Siam Reap again in May this year. 5 days just wasn't enough time to properly explore the area. I am an old hand as far as Pattaya goes, you know the score!. Keep up the good work sir.
